saleman helped so much. great tv for handicapped man stuck in bed all the time.

This tv had issues from the start Netflix app buffers constantly and had to call Samsung multiple times to get issue fixed. They recommended unplugging tv while turned on, what a great fix!!

Ok TV but not good picture it looks like analog TV so for $500 its not worth it I am sure an Insignia TV would look better then this its not best buys fault its the products being made cheap

We have not been pleased with our purchase of this television. This makes the second one and no better quality. Wish we would have spent more and hopefully got something better

It comes with the new Samsung software wich is nice and the image is really clear, we like that we can use the remote control for all the other Samsung devices that we own.

Replaced an existing hp printer with a comparable printer. It seems that printers only last 2 to 3 years at most. As long as you can accept that, the printer is fine.

this tv is great for everyday use. The smart hub is the best thing ever. Having netflix and hulu all in one spot is easier and convenient.

I am hopeful that this purchase will last longer that a year. It was a learning experience to purchase a large tv due to the fact my first one a vizio crashed after a year.

Love the TV and all the features except for the sound. It's a little quiet, need to turn it up to higher numbers then any other TV I've owned. But overall it's good.
