    The TV it's slow, and the resolution it's not very good. I think my 2008 Sony smart tv it's better than that.

    Called Samsung........told them the problem. Said a technician would call back within 3 days which didn't happen. On day 4 I called again and they said someone might call be back within 24 hrs.......it took me two tries to get them to say someone would call me back within 24 hrs. Samsung (not a technician) did call back the next day and confirmed a technician would be at our home in the morning 3 days later. Three days later a sub contractor who services Samsung TVs in our area called to say Samsung advised we needed an appointment, and they could schedule it for another 4 days later and advised Samsung should not have promised any scheduled appointment time which only the subcontractor could schedule. I still wait that appointment. Irrespective of the final outcome, the fact the TV was inoperable 10 days after it was purchased and the slow incorrect response/runaround from Samsung just made a bad situation worse...........I had higher quality of service expectations.
