    Too many bugs

    This TV has problems with the inputs that apparently are rare enough to not show affect the good star ratings but common enough to have a lot of angry people in web forums. The HDMI inputs frequently stop working and require a hard reset of the TV.

    Smart TV isn't that smart

    So I got this TV during a black Friday sale last November. The TV itself worked fine until January when the smart hub stopped working. All of the apps would crash unless I did some crazy ritual It would take a minimum of 5 minutes before I could even start the apps after turning on the TV. I'd always get a "preparing the TV" message whenever I tried to open an app on start up. All of the menus had a button delay that made navigating any menu impossible. All that being said, only having 2 hdmi ports made the TV a hassle whenever I wanted to switch between a few different systems. I would not recommend this TV to anyone considering Samsung doesn't care about its users.

    PICTURE GOES BLANK WITHIN 1 YR.

    WORKED GREAT UNTIL THE PICTURE WENT BLANK 1 YR AFTER PURCHASE. THEN I NOTICED ON SAMSUNG'S WEBSITE THAT THIS IS A PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG TVS THAT REQUIRES A FIRMWARE RESET TO FACTORY DEFAULTS. SHOULDN'T BE A PROBLEM, RIGHT? EXCEPT THE SOLUTION REQUIRES YOU TO BE ABLE TO SEE THE PICTURE ON THE SCREEN THAT IS BLANK IN ORDER TO PERFORM THE RESET????????

    You would expect that a prouduct would work when it is brand new and straight out of the box. I was extremely disappointed because it never worked. Samsung is a mass manufacturer and as a result is poor quality products...just look at all of the recalls of products. Samsung never again....stay far, far away.

    I ordered this tv and had it delivered and when I opened the box the tv screen was shattered . I called Best Buy to return it and they told me I had to file a claim with ups. Now I am out 600$ and have to fight with ups. Never willbuy from Best Buy again!
