5 starts for the picture quality!! However it takes time to load and start and that is one of the things I don't like but can live with it.

The tv has a great picture, love the price. I may want to get a bigger size soon. Best Buy gave me great credit.

I needed a TV that had to fit in my entertainment center. After reading up on-line, decided to go with this one.

Tv is great the remote to it is very slow other then that it is worth what we paid for it. I would recommend it

Good Bedroom TV. Easy to install. Did use a full motion wall mount installed with UChannels to back of a chest.

Got this TV for a church Sunday School room. Connects to the Internet and is really easy to use. Happy with it.

Love the picture just didn't realize that the black friday tv didn't have enough hdmi outlets and no rca outlets fro cable/satellite box

Excellent size for my needs. Clear picture. Skin tone needs to be tweaked to your liking, but not a problem.

This "smart tv " has been an excellent choice for us. Store salesman was very knowledgeable and everything he told us has been spot on. The ease of cycling from regular tv cable to Netflex, etc is yet another "plus" and exactly what we were looking good for. Samsung makes an excellent product.

This is my 2nd Samsung Smart TV & I'm very happy with both of them! Like having the apps -Netflix, MLB, etc!!

Using in a vacation rental house. Took awhile to set up but once that was done works well. Light enough for me to hang/install myself.

Samsung makes great products. Smart features are amazing and it has web browser. Definitely worth the money.

My wife and I bought this to upgrade a smaller TV in our bedroom. We are absolutely thrilled with the integrated apps and high resolution. The sound quality is also outstanding, and we didn't have to pay an arm and a leg to get it.

Great size for a TV between 40" and 55" Perfect for watching TV in bed

Picture quality is great. The SmartHub has difficulty sometimes, very slow and locks up. Seems to have improved since a recent update.

This was my first experience with a Smart T.V. I truly enjoy all the feature. Samsung makes a great product

After spending about $500, you would expect that a smart TV in 2015 will just work...this one dosent. Stream quality is weak, even when I'm near the router...and no there are not many other devices connected to my router. Just a couple of phones and laptops. Netflix lags, and sometimes will not play. Very frustrating in 2015. Furthermore, the TV needs to warm up or "prepare" itself before you can even access the smart hub menu. Again, very frustrating. I understand this is not the highest end TV on the market, I was not expecting to be blown away,however, after remodeling my basement I just expected a standard quality name brand TV that just works. The first best buy genius mentioned nothing about this TV's processor being of poor design,but when I went back to trade this TV in, I was told "it's a piece of garbage" by another bright young soul from best buy. I wasn't real happy about any of this again, after spending $500 I'm just looking for a new TV that simply works. This is not that tv. Save up a few more bucks and buy a TV that works. Samsung is great and all but this is a low end no. Performance tv.
