Great purchase. Better price than Wal-Mart, beautiful color and love the available functions. We ended up getting this size and a 65" for our theater room.

Really loved the ease of set up for this Smart TV. Picture is clear and sound is awesome,without the needed speakers they were trying to sell with the set.

Excellent picture, easy to set up, good sound. Only issue is that you have to wait 3 or 4 minutes after turning it on for it to be ready to connect to the Internet for the Smart Hub apps.

We bought this TV as an upgrade from our much out of date television. It was on sale and the reviews were good, so we bought it. It was easy to set up and has all the features we want.

This TV is excellent. Picture quality is amazing and really makes a huge difference from our last TV which was not a Smart tv. The only problem I have with this (and it is not that big a deal) is there are only 2 USB ports which means having to change the USB cords every time we want to use certain devices. Other than that everything about this tv is awesome and highly recommended.

I'd discovered long ago that Samsung products are generally at the top of their respective classes. Makes it easier when it comes time to compare different brands of a product I'm researching. This TV was no different. Virtually perfect picture along with great features makes this another Samsung product you can't go wrong with. A very good value for the money!

Needed a decent TV for the bedroom and this unit does just great. Decent picture, sound and size for the application. Very simple to set up to the WIFI and the SmartHub works great.

Bright, sharp picture with great color and sound and good WiFi streaming, quick and easy set up. bought a second set 2 months later for my mother.

For the money, hard to beat this TV. It has a very nice picture, it is a smart tv which eliminates the need to hook up a gaming console to access certain features like Netflix.

Although I got a great price on the TV since it was an open box item it didn't come with a remote control. I knew the possibility was there but since this one was certified I thought for sure I would get a remote. Well, no remote and it's been a pain in the butt trying to get one. My options were (1) return tv and get something similar (2) call Samsung since its still under warranty. Well I went with #2 and all I talk to are people who can't speak English. I emailed them my info (receipt) 4 times and they still call telling me I need to email it. I guess I'll have to go back to option 1

So glad I upgraded my free 32" TV to the 48" and replaced the huge TV we used to have. The volume doesn't seem to go up high enough so we were glad we had a sound bar to supplement the volume. We have enjoyed the Smart TV part of it and being able to watch Amazon or You Tube. For those times when the video won't load, we bring it up on our phone and then cast our phone screen to the TV.

It is a nice tv and has more than I need The refresh rate is low but I have not noticed any problems with it (I was worried about that for the screen size)

We are very pleased with our new TV. After having a couple of months ago, it seems to be all we expected and are very happy we chose this model and maker. I can't say anything bad about the one we replaced, but must admit, changing to this manufacturer was the right decision for us. I would have give it 5 stars, but this one, as with most all of the new TV's, are just too darn complicated to adjust the picture. Once it's done tho, you get a great picture.

The picture looks amazing with blue ray DVDs, even playing ten year old video games, and watching classic movies such as The Godfather. I recently bought this TV after my other flatscreen cracked and I tell could the difference in the picture quality immediately. The only thing that may be lacking from the TV is a fast and easy to use browsing the web feature. Its a little difficult with the remote and is slow to load. Otherwise, I am really enjoying this TV!
