    Bad Experience with 48 Samsung OLED

    I purchased this TV on May 14 and finally received it on May 27. I set it up and started to see a message that I needed to go into the Serivces Mode and set-up some options about. - Type, Local Set, Front Color Option". Looked this up online and it seemed to indicate that this normally happens when you purchase and “Open Box” device, which I did not. I suspect the delay in delivery related to this matter and BB sold the set to me as new when in fact it was a previously used item and returned. Very disappointed in BB. Trying to get support from them is impossible ever though I purchased Geek Squad support. Not a good experience at all.

    Best Buy Warranty Issues

    My TV was damaged in shipping. Best Buy sent a service technician to my home very quickly, however resolution on correction/compensation for the damage has not been accomplished and it has been a month.

    the tv is very slow to react to the remote, any remote. tv also freezes and won't turn on or off and requires that it be unplugged and plugged back in. avoid

    Cheaply poorly made with high cost

    Only thing good about it is the screen that they used from lg technology. The panels and software are horrible cheaply made will break bug out pixels popping. stick with lg or sony for high end tvs

    Brand new out of the box. Did not light up. I heard it chiming from button presses on the remote. Black screen. I am fond of Samsung products but this scares me.
