Thanks for your feedback on the Samsung S90F TV. If your volume seems low, try these steps:
• Auto Volume and Adaptive Volume help keep levels consistent: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume
• Sound Mode can enhance your audio profile: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
• Enable AI Mode to optimize sound in real time, including Adaptive Sound and Active Voice Amplifier: Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings
• Make sure your TV is up to date: Settings > Support > Software Update
Also check the volume and connection on any external devices (e.g., cable box or Blu-ray player). If needed, reach out to Samsung Support at 1-800-SAMSUNG, 8AM – 12AM EST, 7 days a week. LiveChat agents are also available on our website under ‘Support.’

I just made mistake of buying Best Buy “excellent” condition that on website claims all accessories and remote. But the TV was missing Samsung smart remote and original tv mount. So when I want into the store I got called liar about what the website says and told remote and mount even if excellent condition doesn’t mean remote. Reached out to support since I’m a my best buy total member with Warrenty. I got told to resolve it with the store. Buying the remote and mount it would’ve just same as buying new.

To use the AI feature, one needs to set up a Samsung account. That's not possible as Samsung doesn't provide the two-factor authentication code via email (after multiple attempts). When one contacts their customer service, which isn't readily available on their website and thus requires research, they tell you we don't have the ability to help you. That's another department that only communicates via text, and the text is a chat with a bot that provides no help or resolution. If you're buying the TV for the AI features, don't bother; it doesn't work, and there's no resolution to make it work. Buy Sony, it has a better picture and working features.

Geek squad said it was the position in thevroom and recommended a sound bar. Bar is better but not as before.

If the sound still doesn’t meet your expectations after updating, there are several settings that can be customized to better suit your preferences:

I returned the 42" TV a few days after I realized I cannot have a comfortable experience with the TV

New Samsung Series OLEG 4K UHD TV.

This is replacing our old Samsung, which we moved down to another room and are still using. The colors are so vivid and I love the Samsung Plus channels and with the remote, it is just a click to go to Netflix or Prime. I like the one-piece base, which makes it easier to set on a narrower stand, as opposed to other brands with the 2 legs set wide apart. I have gotten favorable comments from my friends, who have seen my new Samsung. Love it!!

Not crazy about the less than intuitive remote, but trial and error has worked. The Olympics have never looked better.

Still getting used to a few changes but all in all I made the right choice and am totally pleased with it. Because Samsung has worked so well for me I wanted to stick with it.
