I’ve been testing out the AI capabilities and so far it does as I ask. Samsung Tizen home is a little annoying but it gets the job done. Colors of the OLED are great.

Thanks for your feedback on the Samsung S90F TV. If your volume seems low, try these steps:
• Auto Volume and Adaptive Volume help keep levels consistent: Settings > Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume
• Sound Mode can enhance your audio profile: Settings > Sound > Sound Mode
• Enable AI Mode to optimize sound in real time, including Adaptive Sound and Active Voice Amplifier: Settings > Advanced Features > AI Mode Settings
• Make sure your TV is up to date: Settings > Support > Software Update

AI feature doesn't work and can't be enabled.

To use the AI feature, one needs to set up a Samsung account. That's not possible as Samsung doesn't provide the two-factor authentication code via email (after multiple attempts). When one contacts their customer service, which isn't readily available on their website and thus requires research, they tell you we don't have the ability to help you. That's another department that only communicates via text, and the text is a chat with a bot that provides no help or resolution. If you're buying the TV for the AI features, don't bother; it doesn't work, and there's no resolution to make it work. Buy Sony, it has a better picture and working features.

Geek squad said it was the position in thevroom and recommended a sound bar. Bar is better but not as before.

• AI Mode: Enable AI Mode to let your TV intelligently optimize sound based on your environment and content. This includes features like:

o Active Voice Amplifier: Enhances dialogue when ambient noise is detected

I returned the 42" TV a few days after I realized I cannot have a comfortable experience with the TV

Tv, sounds bar and racks.

Not crazy about the less than intuitive remote, but trial and error has worked. The Olympics have never looked better.
