Saw this tv online on clearance and went to the store, they only had the floor model left. They gave me an excellent deal. And that’s how we ended up with 8 TVs in our house. It’s used in a guest room and works great

We actually returned this tv because it was larger than needed in our small living room. We bought the same model in a 43 inch and we are very happy with it and with Samsung's support. We have FIOS service.

I bought this for Christmas for my sister because it was a good value. She loves the television but her only complaint is that the sound from Netflix will cut out which is not an issue on her other tvs. Samsung has reported it’s a bug but there is no fix yet. I would rate a 5 if not for this bug.

It's a not good experience. Faced network connectivity issues. Wireless connection hardly works. Now the TV itself not working, the screen keeps blinking.

I moved into my new apartment and a storm happened that day (when I bought the tv) and it broke. A wire glitched something then we exchanged it for another one and it’s been perfect ever since

I buy this T.V. for departments I have on Airbnb and it works perfectly. Several different people have used it and no complaint at all, to the contrary they always love it.

The picture is good, but it seems to lag sometimes. I like the menu for apps and is much better than previous Samsung models. I purchased this on sale for a little over 300, so all and all I’m happy with the purchase.

Tv won’t hook connect up to the internet so I can watch Netflix I had att come out to try to hook it up they were unable I now have to call geek squad to come out to get it set up . Not happy about this. I most likely will be charged for this . I don’t think it’s fair . I need a response bs k ASAP if the fee will be waived and I can get this issue resolved .

Works great and easy to wall mount. Glad we purchased but we have a little bit of difficulty to cast our samsung phones to the screen...but overall great tv for the money.

The only thing on the TV that I didn't like was that it came preprogrammed to have the picture get darker when I turned the lights off! To me this was really annoying---and stupid!

Sound quality is just ok. It would be nice if it had more inputs and audio outputs. A usuable equalizer would be nice as well to adjust the sound. The smart tv options are nice to have especially if you are a Netflix user.

I purchased this television as a Christmas gift. It has a great picture but it takes a bit of time to turn on and access signal. Because of this issue I would not recommend this TV.

Great TV for the money. The builtin Smart apps were surprisingly good. Don’t need a Roku or similar. And the feature set is awesome. Would recommend.

Needed something for running and the Apple Ipod would always overheat and stop working. The Sandisk works great for running and workouts (its water resistant)

Lightning burnt out 2 TV's. and we needed to replace them. Looked in Consumer Reports and this was listed as a "Best Buy" and I found it on sale at Best Buy

First one the source control did not work-returned and second one worked fine-wasted 2 hrs trying to make it work and 4 hrs driving to exchange it

What can I say about Samsung. They are the best. The TV is so light and easy to move it around. I placed it on a tv stand

Ive had this set for a week. Seems to be working fine. Only question I might have would be the stability of where you plug in all the accessories in the back seems a little bit flimsy otherwise a very good unit

I found this TV to be great, preceded by an even greater decision to buy it; luckily, we found it on the internet Best Buy Home page.

For the price I was not expecting much. I was able to do all assembly and set up in 30 minutes. Sat down and started watching Netflix
