This tv is great for my guest room, and works amazing.

Love the Samsung TV colors display and resolution.

The tv I received had a blue screen that flashed breifly every few minutes. Ended up returning for a different tv. The graphics where good and the smart TV worked okay.

While the picture is excellent the TV is now failing. I Haven't even had the thing for a year so frankly this is just sad. Five stars for the picture and features but I cannot justify giving it more than one simply because like I said the TV is now failing (screen flashes black then turns off). Failing after less than a year is simply unacceptable.

It worked fine for the first day then it wouldn't respond to the remote control. I exchanged it and the new one is fine.

Returning it. Second day of use it started shutting off in the middle of using. Would not turn back on, with remote or manually. HOURS later would turn on by itself. Cannot get to turn on no matter what I try. Bummer to have to take down, box up and return.

TV was suppose to be new but it was used and broken.

In my opinion 1080 style TVs are becoming obsolete and sales people are pushing 4K tvs although most people just have regular HD service. I paid $399.00 for this tv and it will blow your mind because the picture is just as good as a 4k picture. An added bonus: If you have decent internet service along with Netflix, WATCH OUT!! YOU WILL LOVE THE PICTURE. I am normally a loyal SONY person but I am so happy I tried a different brand. Good luck!!!

This TV has an excellent picture, but unfortunately, connectivity is limited to 2 not 3 or 4 HDMI ports, a single USB port, a single set of component video inputs, and a digital optical connection. This would be a much better TV if it had an analog headphone jack that would permit volume control on an external speaker by using the TV remote, and at least one and maybe two more HDMI inputs. I guess I shouldn't complain too much, but as the price of flat panel TVs continues to decline, the manufacturers are cutting corners on connectivity options. I long for the day when it was routine for TVs to have an analog fixed or variable analog audio output. I would gladly trade that for the Web browser and other so called smart features. Hooking this TV to any sound system that does not have a digital optical input requires more boxes. My 2 year old Samsung 55 incher has the analog audio output, plus more HDMI and USB ports. Other manufacturers offer a variable analog audio output..Why has SAmsung chosen to eliminate this? My NEXT TV is going to be another brand with better connectivity..

Right around the four month mark the tv speakers began intermittently turning off. We tried a sound bar but the same thing would happen with the Samsung sound bar. We would have to turn the tv off and on or pause a movie and re-start but the sound cuts out every 10-15 minutes. The picture is great but will need to explore other options since the audio doesn’t work properly.

I liked the TV, I liked the price. It fits nicely in the space that I have. My one complaint is that the salesman lied to me...there is no SlingTV App. I asked this question specifically, as I am coming from an LG Roku TV and the App support is much better. I know it's up to the company providing the service to build the App that will work with all platforms, but it would have been nice to know this before I purchased. I will need to now purchase a Roku Stick.

Picture is good. Thought I was going to need a sound bar but changed the speaker setting from standard and much better now. Not enough comp. ports. Also only 2 hdmi ports but splitters are cheap. So if u need a lot of ports this tv is not for you. I tried a different brand but had issues as soon as installed so exchanged it paid the extra since I've never had problems with my Samsung products.

This TV has great picture and sound.... when it works. I've had the TV for 2 months and already have had 3 separate issues. When researching these issues, I found that they are very common among Samsung TV products and there are no simple fixes. The latest issue - the TV won't pick up wireless or wired internet connection. So even though it's a "smart TV", I have no access to Netflix, Hulu, or any streaming options. My TV should still be under warranty, so hoping to fix, but should not have these issues after only 2 months. Very disappointed, will never buy a Samsung TV again. Stay away from this one if you want a reliable TV.

Immediately after the warranty expired, this tv died. If you go to Samsung's technical support page, there are 48 pages of how the control board zaps. Please do not buy.

Returned this TV after a week. It kept switching itself back to cable from Netflix. It would freeze and had to be unplugged to get it to unfreeze. Picture started to get pixilated. Really disappointed because this replaced a Samsung we had for over ten years.

Ordered the first one of these and it shows up with damaged screen, Bestbuy ships replacement it also shows up with damaged screen. Ended up buying a 50" Sharp. Won't wast my time on another Samsung TV.
