I've been loving this tv from day one due to its simplicity and overall picture quality. The UI is very responsive and fast and the remote itself is simple and easy to get the hang of. As for the picture quality it's by far one of the best I've seen although the blacks at times do show some bleeding but not enough to distract.

I had a problem with connecting my new TV to my existing sound bar using digital audio out. Samsung told me my SB was incompatible with new TV and I needed a new SB. I bought another one and it still didn't work. Then they told me the TV's One Connect Box must be bad. They sent me a new one 3 weeks later and it still didn't work. Took it back to Best Buy and they gave me a new TV and One Connect box and finally everything works. Samsung support uses canned responses, gave me costly bad advice, and was slow to send out a replacement part that still did not work. Folks at Best Buy however were awesome and saved the day!

Perfect 4K gaming tv for the PS4 pro. Great picture quality and design. Fantastic package overall for the price.

This is our first 4K tv and really blown away by the 4K picture. Sampled some Netflix in 4K and it was outstanding. The new smart remote is easy to use, only issue I have with it is in executing some of the cable box functions such as getting info on a tv show. The 8000 series is a really great tv for the pricepoint

I've been a long time supporter of Samsung products. The last TV I purchased was a Samsung flat screen about 8 years ago when 1080p and Blu-Ray were just introduced. That TV is still working and looks great, but it was time for an upgrade for our main living room. I love the "borderless" look of the TV, and the silver legs it rests on have a cool, mid-century modern look to them. The 4K UHD picture is incredibly sharp, and colors are vibrant and true. I'm also a HUGE fan of the "One-Box" adapter that comes with this TV for whatever hookups and accessories I might have. Other TV companies should take note - this is a cool feature. The onboard software program that comes loaded onto the TV is pretty intuitive and comes with Netflix, Amazon Prime, and Hulu already loaded onto it. The Netflix app has had a couple minor hiccups, but those have been easily fixed and it wasn't the fault of the TV itself. The price point for this TV is a tad on the high side right now because this is the newest model, but the quality is incredible if you're willing to spend. Would recommend.

This was our 1st upgrade to an SUHD and while hesitant about buying the 'latest' technology, my concerns were completely eliminated when I saw the amazing picture quality. Setup was easy & intuitive. The remote is adaptable to other devices (DirecTV, AppleTV, blue ray player). Couldn't be happier with this purchase

Best TV I've ever had, as the HDR makes everything (especially 4K content) look amazing. Also makes for a perfect gaming TV as well. It does have an occasional hiccup every now and then (apps lock up, will play a media file at first then say it can't play it, etc) but it doesn't happen often thank goodness.

This tv is awesome! Picture is amazing and features are great! I'm not a fan of the one connect box where almost all connections are made. Would like to see a way to attach box to back of tv in order to hide cables. Also would like to see ARC hdmi channel to have a set standard so it will work with other non Samsung devices. It does not work with my Onkyo receiver. You must use optical cable to receiver in order to get sound from any of the tv's apps (YouTube, Netflix, etc..)

The picture is stunning, and the internet interface is simple and easy. i read several slams against the remote, but I don't get it. Yes, the buttons could be a little more defined, but I've been able to put the cable box remote to the side, and just use the Samsung. We are so very happy with this TV.

I purchased this model for a location that would frequently be underneath bright room light. This model is excellent for that application. The color and brightness shows through in a bright room. When the lights are low this TV is still excellent, but I will say it is not the best. In a home theater viewing situation you may notice light bleeding into darker areas of the screen. Overall it is a good value for a TV with this many features and will work in multiple scenarios.

Very good color contrast and sharp picture. Easy to set up and user friendly controls. Right size for our city condo.

The TV picture is all that it was claimed to be. However, some of the apps leave something to be desired. The Music app won't let you search for other songs on the PC while playing a song. The video codecs in the TV would not play some videos after I converted them to supposedly acceptable formats. The number of inputs are outstanding. Controlling the Comcast settop box is hit or miss as to functions. Overall, I like the TV and it is definitely worth buying.

Has a great picture with as much or as little color saturation as you'd like. It also has very good blacks even in a dark room. Additionally, it's operating system allows for quick response when switching between apps or tv plus the onscreen adjustments are intuitively easy to use. Just a great TV

This is an awesome TV. The color and sharpness of the picture are fantastic and makes watching TV a wonderful experience. You notice what's going on in the background details as much as what's showing in the foreground due to such clarity and color differences. You won't regret buying this TV.

What a value! Crystal clear picture, especially watching 4K content. Hopefully more 4K items come out soon so you can take advantage of this dynamic tv. Colors are amazing. If you purchase the surround sound with the tv as well as the 4K player, the sound quality and movies will be even better.

I read numerous reviews and discussion threads before purchasing a Samsung KS8000. After starting with the settings posted on rtings, and doing some slight tweaks, I am extremely happy with the picture. The majority of my viewing is with an HR44 DirecTV DVR. Football picture quality is excellent.

I originally purchased the 6300 Samsung TV and was unhappy with picture quality. I returned the unit and upgraded to the 8000 series and have been very happy with the quality and overall look of the unit. I have it wall mounted and the Samsung One box had to mounted behind the TV(8000 series does not have HDMI inputs physically on the TV.). For my installation it did not matter but for someone looking to install it on a thin, non pull out wall mount beware!
