Color pops, but is not overwhelming. Also, the range of colors displayed is very noticeable when watching same content on this TV vs a top line Sony 4K set that is 2 years old. Response times are extremely fast and UI is fairly simple. Very happy with it.

Great TV set up by Geek Squad

I would recommend the Geek squad to help anyone that is even slightly confused by the more complex technology of today. This experience is so much better than any prior purchase from Best Buy has been.

Great 4k gaming

Though I wish I can bump the picture quality when watching apps like youtube, the 4k quality is great. Im a gamer, I play games most of the time and some movies. When set on gaming mode, everything is ready and the response time is spot on. Speakers is great too! The complaint I have is the "remote". It is a great remote, it does the job well.. But, if you leave it on the couch or on the bed, and someone leans on it, thats when the TV turns off or something else. Too sensitive and its very annoying. Another thing, idk what Samsung was thinking, the back plate is so cheap, it cant even close properly. One good pull from all that wiring and it falls off. Other than that, it is a great TV for the price. Happy Samsung owner

Great Picture, great value. Setup was too complex

The setup was difficult as the network connection kept dropping. Needed to set a fixed IP address to make it work. Samsung support was not responsive to my support requests.
