always been a samsung brand loyal customer and was not disappointed. great picture quality. didn't like dimmer effect. I googled the issue and how to turn off. now a white screen is very bright.

If i hadn't bought the "Geek" support, we could not have connected the TV and as it is, the Apple device still does not work. I must go to Apple and have that Icon placed on my dock. No one told me this when I bought it and I asked if I needed another cord and the salesman said "NO". I did need one! Also, no one told us we would need a sound box with the new, thinner TV, so we bought that also and now we have spent hours trying to connect it, being assured it was "easy Peasy". It does NOT WORK. So, when I get downtown and get the icon onto my computer, perhaps the "Geek" can come and connect the whole thing. This reminds me of the parakeet joke. You need this and that, etc.

I really like this tv. Good Functionality. I use it mostly for my PS4. I don't have the pro but still get awesome HDR color. Only a couple glitches with gaming. Not enough got me to return it.

Fantastic picture, set up instructions leave a little to be desired. Otherwise would purchase again.

I did plenty of research and I've found the ks8000 series to be the best on the market right now. I love mine. The picture is exceptional. Colors are amazing. Watch the new "top gear" on Amazon in 4K hdr it is stunning. My Xbox one S runs on max settings and 4K blurays are stunning. Only complaint there is slight bleeding around the edges during dark scenes and the tv does require a speciality screw not found in standard mounting kits.

This is the best picture I've seen outside a store!! I rather have this for the price than an OLED TV

I love the my new Samsung TV except the screen is so easily Smudged and can't easily clean but Beautiful control and Smart Extras. .my 2 year old grandson knows how to use it. Go Figure!
