The picture is fantastic. One night the sound came on, I turned it off and it came on again all night. Samsung said the system had not accepted the upgrade. They were to send an upgrade, but apparently it finally accepted it as it did not do it again. This is a concern because I wonder if it will happen again. The procedure to set up Youtube, etc is very slow.

Had I known how excellent this TV would be, I would have bought it one year earlier. Only now, the price was hard to beat and image out of this world. Too bad it is discontinued. I was hoping, down the road, for one more.

Image is great, and tv also looks nice. Lack of numbers on controller annoys a bit when where is problems with Internet and voice recognition system, otherwise you can use it for a quick search on the guide and change channels.

Picture is great but in the dark the picture is not bright enough

Got this tv based of multiple positive reviews. It is a great tv ser for the price. Very low input lag and the picture is really clear. It was a bit finicky to ser up my XB1S for 4K/HDR but one done it worked like a charm!

Fabulous 4K picture. The remote also controls my AT&T cable box. Also have a Samsung 4K 43" in another room. Liked it so much decided to add a larger 49" one in another room. Very slim and I mounted it on my wall.

We are very happy with the 55"...we started with the 49", but quickly realized it seemed petite and exchanged it for the 55. Glad we did! It is very fun to watch as the color range really brings the picture to life.

Worth the money fit the quality of picture and the sonos system

Speakers are marginal. Need a sound bar. Picture is great.

Really nice tv, one thing I didn't realize is that it has a box that all inputs run to, then a single wire that runs from the box to the tv. This would be useful for many installs, but unnecessary in my case.

An excellent television, but a bit pricey. There is typically a premium paid when new technology hits the market. This is no different. An excellent product, but price should come down over next 6 months.

Excellent sharpness. Satisfying blacks. Internet and blutooth enabled and smart app work better than the older Samsung that we had. So much better that we don't use the Roku for Netflix or Amazon any more.

After one month of use the TV has exceeded all of our expectations with one exception. That exception is there. Is audio that comes on from a foreign destination that is not part of the viewing program

When we visited the store we looked at lots of TVs This Samsung is so clear you feel like you can touch the characters in a movie. We love it. These higher resolution TVs are well worth the extra money.

Bought this tv off the floor or what you call an open box item. It would have been nice if I would have gotten a manual with it. The tv works great but I am still trying to learn all the functions.

Set up was easy. Streaming video and hi-def is great
