Poor manufacturing quality -- TV started having issues with power turning on and off after one year and now has continuous power on off issues only three years after purchasing making the TV unusable.

The television had dead pixels within two weeks of purchase. Samsung has done nothing but wasted my time for weeks and now I am unable to return the tv, to buy a better product. I know this is no fault of Best Buy, but it is a terrible product.

This TV has been our biggest nightmare in our home renovation. The one connect box and one connect cable make this TV virtually impossible to mount on the wall. Samsung support is in the Philipines and useless.

I purchased this TV several days ago for the super bowl. The picture quality and color is outstanding. When I watch it it feels as if I am looking at another window into reality. It is that lifelike. The apps are fun too and you can stream music and watch videos from Amazon or Netflix. It is worth the price compared to older LED TVs this will blow you away. It is super easy to setup and recognized my satellite dish and Chromecast instantly. The remote and user interface for the TV is amazing.

You'd think buying a premium tv would mean it would actually work for more than 4 years. But nope. Thanks Samsung.

I mean this tv really stinks. After I turn it on it smells like someone passed gas. The smell gets stronger after it warms up too.

This tv is awesome! It replaced my 49" hd Samsung that I bought a year or so ago. I still have, but now in a different room. The good: Incredible picture - even up-scales hd to 4k hdr. Easy to set up Easy to use All the aps you could want, Netflix, amazon, xfinity sampler... The bad: Poor base design. This seems to be a trend with flat panels these days. No more 3d -- even though I rarely used it, it was a nice feature. minimal remote, no key bad, difficult to use with clumsy hands and fingers I got to say, I'm really impressed with this tv. The picture is stunning. Everything seems so much more vibrant -- even with just an HD picture. 4k HDR Blue-Ray is just stunning. It's really light, one person can handle this tv. It has every ap you could want, and the wifi is pretty good on it. I like the one connect box, you only need to run one cable to the tv, makes changing out connections super easy. The only serious negative I have about this tv is the stand solution. If you are not wall mounting it, make sure you have straps to keep it upright -- especially if you have adventurous cats. The remote is horrible, but a step up from the previous model I had. Samsung is no longer doing 3d. While I used that feature rarely, it was a nice option to have. Not that big of a deal now since Comcast is no longer offering 3d options. My biggest complaint is lack of 4k content. I know this isn't Samsungs fault so no deduction for that. My knocking off a star is more about the stand and remote. Overall, I'd highly recommend this model. It was actually cheaper then the 3d hd tv I bought the other year.

This TV has exceeded my expectations. I reviewed several tv's for 3 months and all roads came back to this one. Colors, blacks, newest technology, and the design is absolutely beautiful. If you don't like this tv for the wonderful viewing experience you might want to get your eyes checked. Can't go wrong with this one.

It was worth the extra money to get this ultra clear TV with 40watt sound. We wanted this for the bedroom, but did not want a sound bar or surround sound. It has amazing clarity (after turning off all the AUTO picture settings.) The cool remote it has takes the place of big stupid one that the cable company makes you use. Really happy with this purchase.

Fantastic picture! Ease of use and setup are eezy peezy! I would give it 4.5 because of not being able to control my Yamaha receiver with it but that is minor! All of the great reviews are true! Get this TV it is very worth it! Try the 4K ultra streaming from Amazon! WOW!

There are a lot of reviews of the TV, it's great. It's a 5. To tell you the truth, I'm as impressed by the remote. I used to have a Garmin GPS, but then Maps on Google came along, and Android Auto. No more. I have used Harmony remotes for a long time, and bought them as gifts. No more. A Smart remote is included in the box. For ordinary use, it is as good as a Harmony, and much easier to set up. I simply plugged all of my devices into the Connect One box and started the setup process. The Smart hub recognized all the devices, and programmed the remote to operate them. No additional input from me. The remote can't access all of the detailed features of each device, but it accesses everything I need on a regular basis. The device remotes are in the hall closet if I ever need them. As a bonus, it responds to simple voice commands to change channels, change sources and so forth. Adding the value of the remote on top of the excellent features of the TV, it's well worth the cost.

Bought this TV on Saturday. Totally blown away. Great sound and picture quality is amazing. I have not invested in a quality TV in some time, and now I am sorry I did not do it sooner. This is a cinema quality TV, vibrant colors, crisp sound, no complaints! One negative. The remote is too small and you cannot see the controls on the remote when in a dark space.

Nice TV but not supported by Samsung in order to view new streaming services like Apple TV+, Tennis Channel Plus, etc, Very frustrating. The remote to use for some streaming services is very quirky. But the display is very nice.

I purchased this to take the place of an older Samsung HD tv. It is so slim and the picture takes up 99% of the entire front of the tv - so no more fat edges that standout at the edges. Super easy to set-up and the 'control box' makes it easy to bring all your hdmi cables together. Lots of different ways to provide sound to your 'home theatre' - I am using a Samsung surround sound system simply for the convenience of a single remote. New remote that come with the tv is easy to use and the tv menu is easy to tweak, too. The streaming of online data is fantastic and most of the streaming video sources come through in true 4K.

I had been looking at getting a 4K television for a while and after much research I decided on this one. I love the image clarity, this set makes even regular 1080 look great.

Tv looks amazing, but picture quality is about the same as the old Samsung UN55H6350 my parents have downstairs in the living room. My brother even mentioned that he liked the quality better on it... sigh. Regret spending so much money on it, but better than having a 40 inch.

I bought this TV mainly for gaming. The picture is great and the sound is loud like you want it to be when your playing video games.
