    4K content great. Up scaled is not bad but motion blur can be distracting. Smart apps are glitchy and frustrating

    The TV works well, but I don't see the advantages when compared to my less expensive Vizio that I have had for four years. The picture quality is not that great...

    It's a nice TV. When I purchased it I didn't know that regular cable TV picture would not be crisp. No more than I watch movies it wasn't worth the money to me.

    Not so sure that we are happy with our purchase. Screen has been blacking out for a moment before continuing programing. Happens several times each day.

    The Smart TV's are very complicated.

    Smart TV's are complicated and become impossible when connected to a DVR box. When I purchased this TV, I had delivery and set-up included in my purchase. The Geek Squad delivered & set up. They gave short instructions how to operate, and said if we needed help to call and they would return to do what is necessary. I called and was told that Best Buy does not do this any more, about a week after delivery! I want to return the TV and get one that is not SMART.

    I have a 4k LG 65 and i think thats better compared to this 7 series model. For 800 i would say buy LG 65 with better quality.

    My old tv fell off the wall so, my wife and I went to Best Buy to get another. I was met with a Best Buy member and he asked about the budget and what I was looking for. I told him it needed to be a Samsung. He took me to an 8 series, it was great for the price. Then he said what about this 7 series and took me to this tv. To be honest, I could not tell the difference. He explained the difference mostly was, when you turned the tv on, the HDR would auto turn on the tv when turned on the 8 series. The 7 series would auto turn on if you had the ultra 4k blu ray dvd player. That I have. So, we bought the 7 series ( this tv ). I am amazed at the things this tv does. Although, it doesn't look like it did in the store, it still looks great! The remote works ( changes channels ) by voice. a lot of appts., free stuff. Everything is so easy to use, a caveman can do it. You can take a smart phone and mirror it to the screen. everything on the phone. My wife and I, will be getting a Bose soundbar to go with it and get the tv. calibrated. Then be finished. It WILL make a heck of a tv.

    This is my second samsung TV, last one was a 50 inch plasma that had a line of dead pixels develop just over two years after owning it. I thought it was strange timing, being just outside of the extra best buy protection and out of the Samsung warranty, but I wanted a 4k television so it was a good excuse to buy a new one. Here I am on 7/7/18, with a television that was purchased on 7/9/16 and low and behold dead pixels are developing again. It's really a great scheme to sell a TV that will malfunction after two years then up-sell the customer on a $150 protection service that seems to expire at the exact moment issues develop. Fool me twice shame on me, I suppose. Time to give Sony a try. Also of note, this television has been nothing to brag about. Plenty of ghosting especially while watching sports or anything moving quickly. Quality 1/10 Performance 5/10 Price 3/10 Overall satisfaction 2/10

    I've bought it in 10/2016. The TV stand can not be attached to the TV. Contacted SAMSUNG and they asked me to describe and send photos so they can analyze. After getting all information, SAMSUNG sent me spare screws to the wrong address so they had to send them again after 1 month, but still can't fix, and It was over the time that I can return the TV to Bestbuy. Spent hours to call SAMSUNG, and now more than 8 months they only accept to return the TV if their technician to come to my apartment to check and make sure that it is the problem with the TV itself. I called and sent an email to their technician but never got any reply. Do not want to my waste time anymore and will never buy any Samsung products

    Purchased This TV had to return it

    I've always had good luck with Samsung TV's but in this case, the TV I purchased was defective. I returned it and got another Samsung (same model). This one was also defective. There was a green horizontal line that would appear at the bottom of the screen every 3-5 minutes. I also returned that tv and decided to go with a Sony Bravia. It was a bit more expensive, but I have not had any issues with this TV.

    Bought the TV and brought it home. Worked fine for approximately 55 days, then it died right while we were watching it. No warnings, no sounds, screen just went black and won't turn back on. Best Buy doesn't service it so now I need to work with Samsung.

    I purchased this TV on the recommendation of the sales associate. I've already owned a Samsung TV, so I'm familiar with their quality, but I was not expecting the depth of the picture to be so much more than my other Samsung. As all Samsung product, it was very easy to set up. My only negative, and it's probably not the Samsung's problem. I cannot get this TV remote to sync up with me Polk Audio sounder like my other TV was. But other than that, I love this new TV!

    Great 4k Samsung led Tv

    I bought my 4k Samsung TV last October and love it . Great picture and sound from it. I love the Smart Tv function of it too. One small thing is bothering me. When I got my tv, the Samsung logo on the bottom middle of the tv on the bezel is not white. It is black like the bezel is. Does anyone have this problem when they bought this tv, or is it just mine I bought?

    I did a ton of research before purchasing this product because I'm not about to drop a thousands dollars on a entertainment system and regret my purchase. This TV is simply amazing and made watching movies I have seen 100's of times into a whole new experience. The only minor flaw in this TV, is its blurred motion. While running the HDR special viewing mode, I have noticed it can add a little bit of a blur to fast motions but I am guessing this is due to the up-scaling that occurs if the content is not native 4k HDR ready, which there are few shows that allow that high resolution of viewing. Also if you watch older shows and movies it can add that same blur effect while the picture is in fast motion. Again this is most likely due to the up-scaling that occurs naturally to boost the resolution. Honestly you get used to it and the picture is so crispy and clear it doesn't even take away from your viewing experience. I also purchased a LG sound bar to complete the package and for about 800 dollars (I bought both on sale) you can beat it. Two of my friends bought this TV after seeing the picture for the first time, that's how good it is. If I had to do it all over again I would make the same purchase in a heart beat, or even spend more for the curved model.

    This was my first flat panel TV ever, let alone a smart TV. Perfect size for our space. Picture is rich, detailed, almost 3-D appearing (a big change coming from a CRT TV!) - love it. Looks great - I did not purchase the comparable LG because the too-shiny piano case black trim looked cheap and distracting. The matt finish thin border is much better in my opinion. Easy to navigate the apps and input selections with the provided remote. Using it with a Samsung sound bar.
