Overpriced and disappointed

Upon taking the new TV home right out of the box there were issues. A small black dot is visible on the bottom of the screen.. And it's not from me setting it up. The batteries for the remote lasted 5 days.... Like really Samsung... The speak feature only works if you talk extremely slow and not all of the time. The picture quality is amazing but that's expected for 4k and top end cables. Every once in a while when you turn the cable box off the TV will make loud humming noise until you turn the TV itself off. Weird. For $1000 plus tax I wasn't expecting there to be issues right out of the box.
