Great 4K Tv

Still some quirks to be resolved
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After some considerable time trying to troubleshoot wifi my best option was to connect to the internet via ethernet cable. Wifi and apps sometimes fail to work. But tv picture is great would I buy another one? no. Pros I can watch 4k videos with no lag thanks to processor and whatever other technology aides in compressing video. FYI I have a very basic internet plan 3 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload so 4k content with no lag is pretty awesome, bravo Samsung. Just fix connectivity issues and we're good. I got this item as an open box, fairly priced.

Nice TV but intermittent black screen issues

We started to experience an intermittent black screen - while watching Game of Thrones season premiere no less! We tested watching on different TVs in the house and it's just the Samsung. So it's not our DirecTV. We're pretty disappointed and considering returning. Read online that this is a problem Samsung sets have had for a very long time. I wish I had read reviews beforehand. Unlike me not to but we fell in love with the picture quality in the store. Otherwise, we love it - but can't live with this issue.
