An excellent smart TV.

The delivery and installation was done very efficiently and professionally. The Geek Squad technician was excellent. The only question was that there were other Samsung 50" TVs at a lower cost but I bought the better one per the advice of the salesperson. There should be a better explanation of the differences.

Some of the features are not available for some reason (audio options) so I need to contact customer support as the manual does not cover it. I feed Audio back to receiver and do not get consistent sound, TV does not let me modify. Seems like it's geared towards adding on Samsung products like their speakers and sound bars. Overall it's a big improvement over my old tv, just need to figure out how to fine tune it.
