I was very disappointed with this TV as the sound volume stopped working after the first day on both the TV and sound bar and then in spite of all my efforts--following the manual guidelines, etc. it started working again and then stopped again after another 2 days. However, the most frustrating part was finding out that the TV did not have a Time awake feature. I have for many years used my TV as my awake alarm clock and set it to the music channel. For some strange reason, Samsung discussed this feature on its TVs. So the TV was returned to Best Buy and replaced with a Sony which I'm very happy with. No issues or problems with sound and it has the TV awake feature.
