    This tv was awesome while it worked. A little over 2 years after I purchased the TV it out of the blue turned on with a very distorted screen and would constantly restart. The manufacturer's warranty is only for one year. Very disappointing experience.

    INSTALLED - TESTED FOR A WEEK AND RETURNED TO BEST BUY. FULL REFUND. UPGRADED TO Q SERIES 55" AND HAD GEEK SQUAD DELIVER IT, INSTALL WALL MOUNT, AND SET IT UP AND TEACH US. RECOMMEND THE Q SERIES.

    Don't buy this TV

    Bought this TV in December 2017, and have had Geek Squad come out four times in a six month period. TV will only stay connected to my WiFi for 10 days and then disconnect and will not reconnect (while all other devices are connected). For the few times that the TV does stay connected, the smart hub doesn't work. Can't load Hulu, Netflix, HBO, can't even load the standard App page. Oh, and the search engine doesn't work either. Even though it's just 6 months old, they won't replace the TV. Just keep sending Geek Squad back out. In their last visit, they took the TV apart and installed a new main board and WiFi board. 11 days later - TV not working again. Called Geek Squad, and they're sending another tech out. Terrible purchase.

    this tv is incredible but there is a huge issue with with internet connection. You constantly have to reset the factory setting to get connected again. I saw this in older reviews but didn't put much stock in it. I wish I did.

    My husband splurged on a new TV for our new house. We set it up and turned it on only to find that the screen was broken. We took it back to Best Buy and were told we must have broken it when we took it out of the box. Based on their return policy, Best Buy could not replace it. We've submitted a service request with Samsung and are waiting to see what happens. We followed the set up directions and are very disappointed that this TV is broken before it has ever been used. Based on our experience, I would recommend buying another TV.

    Picture is great but the audio is driving me craz

    Set up was good and the sound bar was a good addition. But the audio is some type of speed talking that is almost gibberish. The remote should control the volume on the sound bar. The remote back will not stay on.

    This tv is crap! Its incompatible with many hdmi devices like hdmi switches. The tv has a "feature" that makes it want to figure out whats plugged into it. This causes many problems if you try to use a switch. Most of the time it works but sometimes it just wont display anything until i unplug and reconnect the hdmi switch. I hate this tv and it was soo expensive. This is by far the most disappointing tv purchase ive made

    Purchased this TV to upgrade to 4K. I went to Best Buy a few times to review the TVs and two sales people stated this was the best compared to Sony. What a BIG mistake buying this. It worked sometimes but not always. It would freeze over and over so I had to turn it off and back on again way too many times. I would use Netflix and it would freeze while loading and stay on a black screen. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND THIS AT ALL!!!

    Sound kept dropping out. Took it back and got another one. The second one was worse than the first. Got a refund and bought a SONY, much better TV, night and day.

    The WOW Factor at an amazing price

    I was looking for a replacement for a 10 year old Toshiba LCD TV. I expected to buy a 4K TV but was totally surprised to find this one that was 4K with HDR! I was a little worried when I bought it that it only had 3 HDMI inputs since I thought I would have to buy an AV to HDMI converter so my grandson could continue playing old Nintendo Game Cube, 64 and Wii games. Upon unboxing it, I discovered it had AV and Component Video inputs which work great. The picture on this TV is amazing and the SmartTV features work great. I have been able to easily stream 4K videos from YouTube and Netflix via WiFi. I paid less for it than I would have paid at Target or Amazon for a non-HDR model. Buy it! You won't regret it.

    A pencil thin line has suddenly appeared running top to bottom and just left of center on screen. Have tried to eliminate tv itself as source by playing with service features, but no luck. Seems to be tv. Next step is to contact Samsung Service since have had tv less than 2 months. Hopefully there is an easy in-home fix since I would like to keep tv.

    I gotnitnoutnof the box after sitting in my living room for three weeks... put it in the mount on the wall then turned it on. Immediately a big shiny crack at the top was visible. Had to take it down and pick back up and take to the store.. they had nothing in stock so had to wait another week. Not really fun

    I have been debating on this for months now watching the ad go up and down each week... This is the second time in about 4 months I have seen this TV marked down $200.00 off... I have thought and thought about it and finally pulled the trigger.. with the amazing financing options and such I didn't think twice... let me tell you this TV will blow your mind it has amazing sound for being stock and the screen is beautiful I have always had Samsung and once again they have never let me down! Must BUY, you won't be mad!!
