The apps are constantly freezing. If the TV does stream it takes forever to load. There's not a TV manufacturer out there that has good internal streaming technology. Better to go with an external streaming device.

Picture quality shocking
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I chose this TV because I have owned 3 Samsungs and they all have excellent picture quality and are stylish and easy to use. I got a great deal on this one but the picture quality is very poor. It is just about the same as my plain 2008 LG LCD that it is replacing. Very diassapointed that Samsung has allowed picture quality to be so poor on this mid-level TV. Still pictures are beauitiful but any motion and there is too much distortion and it is very grainy. Will be shopping for a Sony or LG soon

You can try adjusting the judder control on your TV until you find a satisfactory setting. To do this, please follow these instructions: Home – Settings – Picture – Expert Settings – Auto Motion Plus – Change to “Custom” and adjust to your liking.

Consider other brands or get the maximum warranty

The TV was going to cost over $200 to fix so basically a disposable tv. My house has Samsung everything including cellphones so im waiting for the next failure.

Horrible TV defective
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Let me begin with that the price of the tv is great the display is more than acceptable for its class. My problem I experienced is massive light bleeding and loose trimming of the TV i exchanged in 2 times in one day on my 3rd TV and am continuing to receive messed up units, when returning to exchange I'm getting horrible service from the best buy employees. Treated as if I'm lower class than them, and not worth there time. Being I know plenty about electronics most likely more than 90 percent of there staff I know this is defective and being the seller (best buy) they shall keep exchanging until I receive a unit that works perfectly which is what I'm paying for...

TV is great the first 9 months!!!

Recently I turned it off after watching something only for it to never turn on again. So at this point Best Buy turns there back and tries to charge me $150 dollars for selling a product that can’t last a year. I’ve contacted Samsung multiples time only to receive terrible service. It’s been 2 weeks now and still no one has an answer. So please don’t buy this tv, unless you want to replace it. Samsung does not stand behind there products and customer service is a joke. Save yourself the headache and buy a Sony Bravia.

Internet stopped connecting
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Tv connected to internet first couple of weeks and now None of the apps are working because apparently my internet isn't connecting but im able to watch my shows on my laptop with the same internet. Im so irritated I wish i never spent $600 on this stupid tv. It's only been 3 months and already problems. I had a sony prior to this and never had such an issue. DO NOT GET IT if you rely on netflix, hulu, and amazon. Waste of $

No Directv Now application, issues with Apple TV

When we went to get a new TV wanted 4K and DTVN and this supposedly had a native application per the sales representative. It doesn't. It also won't allow an Apple TV 2017 or Apple TV 4K to remain in sleep mode even though both of these work with other TVs and other cables.

Worst TV ever
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had the tv for 2 months and it broke. 2 weeks to get it fixed. 10 months later it broke again. 2 weeks for the guys to come and check it out. Another week for them to come and try to fix it. No good. Two more weeks to try again. WTF i dont recomend this TV. Worst tv ever.
