I finally traded my plasma for this TV and love it. The picture quality and the tech inside make viewing a distinct pleasure. Great product at a great price!

This was a birthday gift to myself. Coming from a 32 inch led samsung this was a nice upgrade. Sound is great, brightness is great, and colors are great.

This set is amazing. Picture, sound, ease of use, and wow factor are all above par. 5 months of daily use and I'm still amazed at the picture quality.

TV it self is decent quality and has several adjustments features you would hope for. Picture quality can be good once you get it set for the mode of picture it is running. What I found gets confusing is when you have source that can output different formats. When formats change the picture will change....and you have to go in an set values for this mode of operation like it is a new input channel. The 49" version does not come with freesync...so disappointed in this absent function. It would be great for console players if it were included (xbox user here). Also noticing occasionally after 120 days of usage the picture will slightly dim for a seconds and then brighten again. Can not get it to do on demand, nor appears to be triggered by any input change, etc. Do not recall it doing this when new, maybe started after a firmware update. Will monitor for period and if it worsens seek repair or replacement under geek squad extended warranty.

The picture is beautiful and the TV was very easy to assemble and set up. Glad we went with the QLED technology. It was worth the additional cost.

As a former Best Buy home theater blue shirt, I've been wanting a 4K tv for a while. I saw this one in the Black Friday ad and ran over to the local Magnolia show room to see it. The picture quality was great and color was vibrant and I decided I had to have it. I am still learning what it will do but it was easy to set up and not so heavy that I could not get it out of the car and into the house by myself. I mainly use it to stream video but also watch HD cable programming. I'm really happy with it and believe I got a great product at a great price.

Bixby provides ease of use. The TV has no border which allows you to actually get a bigger TV for tight spaces, I wish I would have gotten a 55" now.

We have upgaded to a 49" Samsung from a 42", and improved the picture quality. The setup was easy and the new Samsung remote is much simpler to use.

Well yes it’s the best tv I ever owned very satisfied. Great picture and sound, the apps make it very easy to navigate. I’m just glad I bought it.

The picture is unbelievable. I have plans to watch every favorite film and series all over again. I see so much more in every scene now and for some shows, its like you're there. So gorgeous and the details you can make out is mind blowing. My only hitch was how wide the legs were spaced. Easily fixed with a different leg set. I have no regrets except that I did not buy it sooner. Cannot speak to features as that is not why I got this TV. I was purely interested in the viewing experience it could provide. And I am very satisfied with that.

Went from 720 to 4k. Some pix seem almost 3D! Easy to learn new things on this Smart TV...and I'm no kid. It's fun, easy, and worth the price!

Very good tv for my 1st 4k tv. I originally wanted the Sony 49 inch 900f , but this tv was on clearance sale at BB for $300 cheaper and couldn't pass it up. My only 2 real complaints about this tv are no 120hz and no Dolby vision, other than that it's a very good tv.

Great TV with nice picture quality. No issues and easy to setup and use. Samsung menu is easy to switch between apps and other devices

Picture is amazing. Smart TV functions are easy to figure out and use. Have had no issues with it in the 8 months that I have owned it.

Great TV the difference is the quality in the 4k movies themselves for example justice league shows better than avengers infinity war(not saying it's a better movie) I'm speaking about the quality of the 4k. I also had to adjust my settings plus I got one those expensive hdmi (I really don't think that it matters) but I got anyway. If you played Mario brothers on Nintendo you know it has better and brighter colors than the playstation it's the same with the 4k movies so I think it's the quality of the 4k, but over all the TV is fine.

Beautiful picture, easy hook up. Instructions for remote control could be a little more detailed.

I have bought Samsung TV's for over a decade now and they continue to raise the bar. The Q series is the best looking TV to date! 4K colors are rich and vibrant and the setup is very easy. I do not use Samsung's smart TV system. I always hook a Roku up to every TV.

After almost 10 years without any tv, I am very pleased. I've run an optical cable to my receiver and the sound is incredible with my 1990s Bose speakers. The 40w built-in speakers provide quite good sound, too.Will do HDMI/Arc and Amazon Fire Box next. Need to try Bixby which is also available on my phone. One gripe..the USB ports are poorly located and after temporarily attaching a USB mouse, I had to use a screwdriver blade to remove it. It did work well, tho. I stream wirelessly and have experienced no problem.

Solid performer. All bells and whistles. Works with my Bose QCII. A breeze to setup devices and nice sound for a flat screen.
