Just the right size for my bedroom. Sound is good, picture quality is very good. The right Smart TV model for me.

Very good TV, But low light performance is not that good, could have more dimming zones

good viewing angle. the only problem which is common to most of the newer TVs is the reflection of windows and ceiling lights. My optical cable outlet allowed connection to a sound bar and hearing device (TVears). relatively stable legs, but I mounted it on a Sanus swivel base.

Here we go, prepare for a huge essay (apologies in advance). I ordered an open box (Satisfactory) 49inch TV for pickup. Carefully I read the description because I know with past experience, open box items tend to be missing some components. In that description, they only mentioned nonessentials might be missing. Quote “nonessential parts or accessories might be missing, such as a commonly available cable or remote”. Fine, I could always use my universal remote to operate it and I have a bunch of cables/adapters I can use if those werent included. I specifically avoided open box - fair because in that description it says, quote “vital accessories are commonly missing, like a TV pedestal or a proprietary cable ”. From this I went ahead and ordered a satisfactory open box thinking that it would at least include a tv stand/legs for me to use my TV. I picked up the TV, went home and unboxed, and to my surprise the nonessential remote and cable were there in the box, however the vital tv stand/leg was missing. I went ahead and rung up the Best Buy I picked it up from and was told that they might have some spares and was being transferred to the home theatre department. I was on hold for almost 2 hours and driving there would have been 30 minutes so I tried to drive in before they closed at 6PM (still on hold while driving) since it seemed they would never put me off hold. I arrived only to find out their line disconnected but my phone was still on hold and they were waiting for me to call them back. Finally I was given an answer, that they did not have any spare stands compatible with my 49 inch TV and that the TV was described on a sticker on the box and accessories that the missing component was the stand. I just wish this was communicated clearly when ordering it online that it would be missing the stand. Nowhere in the description would someone logically come to the conclusion that the TV stand would be missing from the descriptions of the open box tiers they gave. Satisfactory says only nonessentials may be missing, Fair says vitals (tv pedestal/proprietary cables) may be missing. Currently got back home after spending most of the day trying to get a working TV and my TV is just sitting there without a stand to prop it up for me to be able to use it. I don’t hate the TV I just want to be able to use it. All of the employees were very professional and very helpful, especially during these difficult times. I’m not mad or angry. I’m just disappointed. Disappointed in Best Buy’s descriptions online not reflecting the actual product’s description in store. I don’t know what else to do to get the appropriate TV stands and I fear it’ll be a while before I can get this TV standing. Thanks for taking the time and hearing me out.

Best picture ever! Even makes old movies look better.got an open box for $450

The q70 has a good picture but the q80 75 inch I have is much better and sharper.

Everyone that helped my son and I were just great. The installation was completed fast and most of all neat. I thank the Geek Squad, for showing my son everything about his t.v. this is why I always go to Best Buy for our electronics.

For a 49” this tv have superb pictures when watching a movies or sports.

Nice midrange TV. Lacks Dolby Vision but has decent HDR 10+.

My son loves this tv. But i despise the remote. Just make it like all the other samsung remotes. Doesnt need numbers or anything like that. Just pause, play, forward, home, etc. Who types in channels in the year 2021?!?!

Great TV. Easy to install. Did not need a sound bar.
