I bought this TV to replace a much older flatscreen, so I was expecting a significant upgrade in picture quality. And, even though there was a noticeable difference, there was still some graininess in the picture. If I was too buy again, I would probably spend a little more to get the next level of picture quality - potentially from the the same line, as I like the sleek lines and thin profile of the unit.

This TV is beautiful. I love the display of it while I'm gaming or watching TV on it. It worth it. I caught it on sale and the price was reasonable. If you're going for a new TV, this is the one to get. Just make sure it's the Q series. You won't regret it. I would recommend this to anyone out there.

I like the way the interface works in this TV way better than the Sony Bravia I returned. And Samsung’s customer support is better than Sony’s. However, I think the Sony’s color was a bit truer. Neither LED TV would connect to my Sonos Beam soundbar via HDMI-ARC, like my old Panasonic Viera did, the way it’s recommenced.

Easy to mount and setup. I like the built in Wi-Fi capability. Also was surprised I could stream from my Apple iPhone to the tv. Also screen mirror functionality works. I was surprised and didn’t know apple products would be compatible with this Samsung product.

It goes beyond my expectations, and the service was top notch. Always the best and personal service is always more than I expected. I will only do business with the Best Buy in Delafield they go beyond the job! My only wish is that I wish I would have done this sooner!
