I wanted the 55” set and my wife talked me into the 49” tv. Anyway, it turned out perfectly. Best Buy answer all of our questions with a great sense of knowledge on the product. Thumps Up to the staff.

Don't know why, has not happened to husband yet. Hope no problems coming our way. That is why I gave it 4 stars.

I also purchased a sound bar that I am pleased with. Both were easy to set up. The gentlemen that helped me were very knowledgeable, answered all my questions and were very friendly.

I had to turn it off because it would pop up onscreen for no reason and wait for a command. The online help for it was useless.

If anyone is unsure of the size and type of TV that fits a room, I would highly recommend the in home consultant. It is worth the money.

It auto connects to Samsung phones and the sound bar purchased with it. Great buy, especially on Black Friday.

After watching it for a day I notice that the image was not as good as I thought so I brought it back and got the 55 inch q 8000.
