Really live the quality and the way you can get in front door and the front desk desk staff are very nice people. Residents are trying their new job and the other people who are in the office are trying their job to do it all their time in and out front door is not really a happy person.

We had no idea what a difference a new TV would make even though the TV this Samsung replaced was very good. BUT...This Samsung knocks it out of the ballpark. So happy with our purchase and that we chose this Smart TV!

The picture and sound are amazing totally worth every dollar spent so happy with this product. Mounting was weird because the top holes are alot more shallow than the bottom so you need different size screws besides that great

TV is good quality. The AI "bixby" does not work correctly it responds to the TV programs but not to me. There is no option to turn bixby off and if I would have known that this was a feature I would not have made the purchase of this product

This is an economical purchase. I basically replaced a cheaper model samsung TV with this. It performs very nicely, but it will have some lagging in its apps and features after a while. As long as you dont compare it to an OLED, it will look very nice for you.

I've had 65" TVs before. The issue with a TV that large is you can see all the imperfections on the screen mores than a 49". This QLED Series is a great TV. Def worth the upgrade from the cheaper models.

Amazing quality and picture. I switched over from a Sony android tv and this is such a difference and looks great for gaming. The ui system is great and easy to use once you get use to it

Great picture quality and integration with other accessories. Linked to a Bose sound bar and bass speaker really gives that cinema feel. On board Apps all work great with speedy internet. Apple air play ✅

Are old 54” Samsung TV was going on 6 years Old. This 49” was on sale so I took the jump. Great looking picture. Just the right size since I needed to go down a size. Sounds great. So far I’m satisfied

Enjoy the picture quality as I watch sports on this tv. The remote is easy to use with not a lot of buttons. Saves power compared to my old tv. Nice size screen for my den . Fits in space that I had a 40” tv in.

Just the perfect size for me. There isn’t anything you can’t run on here and the quality is amazing! Although I hate the SmartThings app. You can’t even press select. Unless I still haven’t found it! And That’s coming with someone who’s usually good with tech.

Great TV for its size. Works perfectly when wall-mounted in a bedroom, but probably, given today's TV sizes and standards, is a bit small for a larger living room. The setup and picture are great, but the sound is lacking and requires a soundbar, which is what we get with thinner and thinner sets; no room for robust speakers. The sleep timer is set for 30, 60, or 120 minutes, unless you you the voice-activated service called Bixby, and that can only be accomplished using the included remote control. Bixby launched so much on its own while watching programs that I took the batteries out of the remote.

Good picture. Pretty much plug and play. Sound varies greatly between cable vs. apps - some programs on level 14, others up to 40 to hear. Would likely want an external sound bar/speaker.

Samsung is the only TV that I will purchase from Best Buy. I have been watching Samsung TV for over 15 years with no problems or maintenance. Well made and great picture quality money well spent.

while the Tv has a great picture I on the other hand require a picture that most people aren't looking for. its a great tv for the price. Don't worry this tv has other great features that I didn't know about in the end I will be happy with it. I love my Samsung Tv's

With all the latest apps, and amazing onboard sound system, and phenomenal picture, you’d expect this TV to be much more expensive. It was easy to set up and the remote is very easy to use.

Not too big and not too small. Perfect for your average sized living room. Quality od picture is great for streaming, live TV and PS4.

Very good tv the only problem is the remote does not always shut off tv I shut it off and then go upstairs and 2 mins later it is on will be requests new remote

This was the first TV I’ve purchased. The picture quality is great! I wish the speakers were better. I had to buy a sound bar. It’s wonderfully with the Samsung 3.1 sound bar. I wish I would have bought this model but in a bigger size!
