    Good and bad, but kinda good, mostly bad

    Flawless screen and great features, really solid monitor if you just let it sit there and do absolutely nothing. The Odyssey G9s seem to keep having black screen issues (even in the MIDDLE OF A GAME) and the whole monitor hub is not intuitive. Speakers connected through bluetooth sometimes randomly disconnect, many different visual bugs even just watching on Amazon prime video, monitor seems to overheat. This is a fantastic monitor if only Samsung could fix these issues. There are firmware updates that release for the monitor so that would be a good place to start. If you’re in the market, keep an eye on the return policy and get you a monitor that is worth the price tag. Good luck.

    It's a good product but if you connect it to a PC, its display quality drops a little.

    Don’t buy open box deals or make sure open the box

    I purchased an open box product. Shortly after unpacking notice the monitor stand & power cabel completely missing from the package. I was so disappointed because they don’t check returned items at all before they sell it again and saying excellent condition open box…

    I usually don’t leave reviews, but this monitor is too expensive to just write off the loss. I had it for about a year and a half before the screen went completely black. The monitor was used under normal circumstances in my home office. No humidity, air conditioned, well kept. It’s unacceptable that a product in this price range fails in under 24 months. Very disappointing. I have 2 Samsung products in my house that have served me well for over 10 years. I was hoping this one would be held to the same standard.

    Expensive Computer Required

    Make sure you have a very expensive computer and graphics card. I had to return it because I couldn't get anywhere near the resolution required to power this. Geek Squad told me I would need a new power supply, CPU, graphics card, etc etc etc. if you have a low to mid range computer like most people, this won't work for you. I gave a 2nd star because it may be great with a great computer... I'll never know.

    I love this monitor. I usually have 3 windows sometimes 4 open at the same time. It has taken me a little while to get used to but the learning curve was worth it!

    The monitor is great. I did receive one with an imperfection on the screen however, Bestbuy allowed me to exchange it for another G9. Highly recommended

    Screen size can not be changed on consoles resulting in a stretched display.

    When it works, it works fantastic. I was really excited about this monitor but I’ve had nothing but trouble with it since I’ve got it. I have had trouble with the monitor displaying content, disconnecting from the computer, and black screen. When issues like this don’t happen, it is an absolutely stunning monitor I’m working to get it fixed with Samsung but for an $1800 monitor I’m very disappointed with the amount of trouble I’ve had with this.

    Great monitor, but it goes black every so often

    This is a fantastic monitor, however the screen goes black for 2-3 seconds randomly. This is a known problem with this monitor.
