    The monitor died after only a few months of owning it. I work from home and now I must wait who knows how many days or weeks for Samsung to get my warranty repair scheduled.

    Waste of money

    Loved this at first but after 6 months the panel died. I got it replaced by Samsung then another 6 months down the road it died again. Would not recommend this monitor.

    In the past year of owning this monitor ive had to have aamsung repair it 4 times. At one point they didnt have the part so it was down for over 2 months. I just recently got it repair through thier provider and it went down within a month but i just passed the 1 year warranty so not im stuck with a dead $1700 monitor with a “oh well” from samsung

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.

    Black screens and frustration

    It's an unreliable waste of money. Any slight adjustment in software settings or just a loading screen can make it decide to go black and who knows if it will ever come back on. It cannot handle 240hz + variable refresh rate + HDR, the specifications are misleading. I'm never buying a samsung product again its so disappointingly bad.

    Stay Clear, and AVOID this.

    Had less than a year, and screen is black but can hear it's still on when using the remote. Stay clear of this monitor by all means. Feel there should be a class-action on this monitor. Bought it for $1800 and it just stopped working.. Pathetic to say the least. Should have went with the LG

    Its a good monitor but refresh rate is bad on this and screen goes black when gaming do not purchase

    I returned three times this monitor. Always flickering and image disappearing for seconds. It is impossible to be working because the screen goes black .

    I brought two of these monitors. Absolute disaster. Did not work with the Apple computer nor that well with a very high end pc. The monitor shuts off on its own. Had geek squad come to the home to set up the system multiple times. Still does not work. DO NOT BUY THIS MONITOR! IT WILL CAUSE YOU LOTS OF HEADACHES!

    This thing is a pile of doggy doo. Overheating panel. Signal not detected from PC randomly occurs after power cycling or restarting the PC. Kept fighting with this issue constantly. Ended up taking it back and ultimately ended up with a better monitor(LG ultrawide 39” curved).

    Cheaply Built

    I had to return it since almost all Best Buy employees told me the OLED has issues with SCREEN BURN unlike QLED. The numbers of HDMI port is limited to one only. Also you have to carry this big adapter for power supply. The frame is made of a cheap plastic material. The control in the back looks like a toy. Samsung didn't do a good job on this model. I figured if I have to spend $1050 for this unit , I can buy a nice 55 Inch OLED TV for the same price with bigger screen for video editing and a lot more input options.

    Great monitor- until it isn't.

    I really wanted to love this thing, and it's absolutely stunning - when it works. I had the item for less than 24 hours and it has already developed a color shift between two sides of the screen, split down the middle. It's distracting beyond belief and to the point where returning is the only option. Buyer beware; this isn't the only report of this, nor of other issues. Samsung's monitors aren't great, but in terms of OLED ultrawides there's very few pickings.

    this monitor is only fancy, does not have capability to use USB C to display. With this money might as go with other monitors

    Monitor stand broke. BB total protect ruse.

    Monitor separated from the base of the stand 70 days after purchase. Found monitor face down on my desk today. Total protection is a ruse. Per Best Buy, they cannot take it back because I am past the first 60 days. And total protection does not kick in the first 12 months of my purchase, and I’ve been referred to the manufacturer. so, 24 months total protection, is valid only for the last 12 months.

    Essential feature broken

    Both the DP and HDMI 1 connection refused to work with both my gaming PC and my MBP. Tried multiple cables and settings. Took it back and swapped for an LG, which worked fine. There seem to be many others with similar problems with this unit. Probably bad firmware. Too much mixing of TV and monitor in these new Samsung units. Just focus on getting one thing right.

    Burn in, terrible product, worse service

    Burn in, overheating, forced to use account and sign up for Samsung ads for offline video feeds (hdmi and dp) and if you use anything over half brightness it will burn in within a week.

    Brown within a few weeks - no support

    Totally dead screen just over 60 days into use. Have been on the phone with Samsung support for hours of the span of more than a week. They keep blaming the delay on “backlights for an LCD screen”. They do not even know their own products. This is an oled panel. Would not recommend anyone purchase this “beta” product. Clearly not ready for public sale.

    If i wanted a TV I would buy a TV. The fact that Samsung opted to add media buttons like Netflix, Disney Plus, and etc is just annoying for a monitor. Also the settings button is extremely annoying. There isnt one on the remote either, so good luck staying in monitor mode while trying to tinker with settings.

    240Hz Panel Glitching on Nvidia 4070 Ti GPU

    Was disappointed to find out that my panel started to glitch when settings were set to 240Hz I ended up returning and getting my money back on this monitor. Samsung needs to really step up with quality control since this was my second time encountering panel issues.
