Pictures are gorgeous, movies and videos are amazing too. The text issue with oleds is more noticable than I was expecting but tweaking the settings made it more bearable. I probably would have gone with the Neo if I knew about this

OLED is amazing

Not worried about burn in. I use this for work and gaming no issues at all. Picture by picture works great. Only wish there was 1 or 2 more hdmi ports. Also the samsung os is terrible very slow. Only reason why its a 4/5

The v2 QD-OLED panel really shines here with its deep black and vibrant colors. I'm giving a 4 stars due to the terrible Tenzin OS that is bundled with the monitor. It needs a vast improvement in speed and make it easier to switch inputs.

BUT samsung software is just horrendous.... like the software teak had ADHD or was on drugs. Why put neftlix and TV apps on a 32:9 format screen?? this is a gaming monitor not a TV... also my samsung TV remote keeps turning on/off the monitor.. also it does not automatically sense when i switch between my gaming desktop and work laptop.. have to manually switch.. After 3 months i still have not figured out how to enable HDR is games.. it says HDR Off when i turn on monitor and settings wont let me turn it on..

Absolutely beautiful display

I keep it connected to 2 computers and it does great with both Windows and Linux. My only real complaint is the "smart features" I don't really see a need for smart TV features on a monitor designed to be connected to computers.

Get this vs the G9 if you're a gamer

I originally bought the G9 version because of the lower price and that was great for work purposes, but when I loaded up one of my Steam games, the graphics were disappointing. I have a 2080ti video card as well, and am coming from a 4K monitor. The G9 was not good enough for me. And so I ordered this OLED version, at almost 3 times the price and I'm happy with it. The quality is comparable to a 4k monitor.

Don’t go for the Samsung..

Also Samsung and their smart tv experience is absolutely awful. All the nonsense shoved down your throat, all the loading and waiting for the network to update whatever ads are showing on the homescreen just so you can switch inputs from pc to hdmi. Basic offline tv features like picture by picture arbitrarily locked until you sign up for a Samsung account and you HAVE to be online. Also, it doesn’t work well with the xbox for whatever reason, the compatibility is pretty basic. Never again buying a Samsung. Only reason I am giving it more than one star is because for a short time, I was happy with the picture quality and pc gaming features, but that’s the ONLY thing it had going for it.

Wish it had VGA port

I am using this for work and am having trouble toggling to my work space. Not very user friendly. Also, it has no VGA port and one of my main software products is not working correctly. Looking into returning it for a monitor that has VGA.

Decent 2nd gen QDOLED

But I do miss my vertical resolution sometimes. And I wish it had more peak brightness for HDR. It is also annoying to use the built in OS sometimes...I would prefer regular monitor controls with no built in OS.
