Excellent monitor, upgraded from a 49" G9 and do not regret it at all. Colors are so dynamic and the blacks OLED's are known for.

Very well made. Super crazy specs for size. Colors look fantastic! I can run things as a full screen or separate two screens.

I have bought two of these monitors and had to return both due to a number of reasons. I will start with the first one i got. The display is truely amazing and has so much depth to it. I was extremely happy with it. About two weeks into using it everyday, it would randomly not be recognized by my pc. I tried plugging it in to my wifes pc and it did the same thing. It bothered me but i had hope, because it would work for hours on end before randomly going black screen. Then about a week after that started, one day it just didnt turn on. No response from the remote or anything. I returned it and got another one sent to my house. This one arrived and i was extremely excited. I set it up and turned it on and it had several dead pixels on the screen. Not super noticable unless you were on a white screen. Then you could see about 5 black dots spread across the screen. I was so disappointed. I continued to use it for a week before i noticed gray static bars popping up in the screen. In just two days the middle of the screen had a gray bar all the way across the screen and wouldnt go away. I returned it and bought a lg ultra wide and have had zero issues since. I actually ordered a second one because i feel confident in lg over samsung. I would not recommend this model. It has many issues and for the price, you should be garunteed the experience that some other people get lucky to have.

Such a great purchase. My games look so different on this. 10/10 recomend.

I’ve been wanting a 49 inch monitor for a while and for the price this can’t be beat. Picture is amazing and just feels right.

Great screen but it’s just too much headache to change display specs for games that don’t naturally fit this screen to avoid image distorting.

Monitor itself is amazing but the lack of 32:9 support across the board in gaming is just a bit to niche for me to recommend for everyone. It doubles as a smart TV which I didn't realize as well which is nice as well.

The quality and fuctionality of this monitor are amazing. The only real issue is not all games are built to play on this monitors max resolution settings, so you may not get the full immersive experience you're looking for when gaming.

The monitor was great. The process and service on the other hand was not. I purchased this monitor as an open box marked excellent. Open box products marked Excellent at Best Buy mean that the product is basically marked as new (Original Box, Manuals, Cords, Stands, etc. are all in included). I got home to set up my monitor, opened the box, and the only that was in it was a jumbled up HDMI cord. I would of been ok with the purchase if it at least included the stand as stated. Unfortunately it did not. Best Buy phone customer support told me to go back up to the store for a replacement open box or the missing parts, or a new monitor if they didn't have the merchandise. I got to the store (which is 1 hour each way from my home) and was told that they didn't have the parts and the only thing they could do was do a return because they can't give me a new monitor as customer service informed and put in the notes of my purchase. The store manager told me that customer phone support doesn't know what they are talking about, and that they were just trying to get me off the phone because they have time quotas to meet. Obviously, I was not enthused with this response. So, I just got the refund. I've been an avid Best Buy shopper since I was a teenager. To be honest this experience (There's more but I don't want to run on anymore), will make me think twice about my purchases from here. I will take my chances with Micro Center or Amazon from here on out.

Gifted to my hubby for Christmas. He loves it. He did end up getting the geek squad monitor protection.

Great Great. I like how I can fit everything in one screen. The remote needs to be paired with the monitor manually.
