Ok to use, but resolution should be better

I'll be playing and if I wanted to play YouTube music (for example) I'll go back to the main screen to open the app and it would go black and stay that way. I really hoped to keep that monitor, it's really nice, i contacted Samsung directly before returning this product back to Best Buy and not even Samsung was able to figure it out

Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have bought this monitor on 4 separate occasions, each time it has been plagued with issues, turns off and on randomly, will not stay connected to my pc, flickers on and off randomly. I have tried numerous different display port and hdmi cables as well as other workarounds with no luck. I will not be buying another samsung display of any type. LG dominates this space, and for monitors the Dell/Alienware cannot be beat.

I'm so dissapointed with Best Buy's lack of support to solve this, and that they want to charge me $99 to simply diagnose what might have went wrong. I've only had the monitor for 1 year and 4 months. So dissapointed.

I haven’t had any issues yet. I have noticed that at times the interface can become laggy but mostly it works smooth and instant
