The remote doesnt help and it locks out everything on my pc on that screen until I manually pull the plug. It seems to only happen during full screen gaming, but thats still annoying since I bought it for gaming. It also seems that this is a semi-common issue after reading more reviews. For the price of this monitor, I cannot recommend this to anyone. DONT RISK IT.

The Odyssey G9s seem to keep having black screen issues (even in the MIDDLE OF A GAME) and the whole monitor hub is not intuitive. Speakers connected through bluetooth sometimes randomly disconnect, many different visual bugs even just watching on Amazon prime video, monitor seems to overheat. This is a fantastic monitor if only Samsung could fix these issues. There are firmware updates that release for the monitor so that would be a good place to start. If you’re in the market, keep an eye on the return policy and get you a monitor that is worth the price tag. Good luck.

I had to return it because I couldn't get anywhere near the resolution required to power this. Geek Squad told me I would need a new power supply, CPU, graphics card, etc etc etc. if you have a low to mid range computer like most people, this won't work for you. I gave a 2nd star because it may be great with a great computer... I'll never know.
