    Great monitor- until it isn't.

    I really wanted to love this thing, and it's absolutely stunning - when it works. I had the item for less than 24 hours and it has already developed a color shift between two sides of the screen, split down the middle. It's distracting beyond belief and to the point where returning is the only option. Buyer beware; this isn't the only report of this, nor of other issues. Samsung's monitors aren't great, but in terms of OLED ultrawides there's very few pickings.

    this monitor is only fancy, does not have capability to use USB C to display. With this money might as go with other monitors

    Monitor stand broke. BB total protect ruse.

    Monitor separated from the base of the stand 70 days after purchase. Found monitor face down on my desk today. Total protection is a ruse. Per Best Buy, they cannot take it back because I am past the first 60 days. And total protection does not kick in the first 12 months of my purchase, and I’ve been referred to the manufacturer. so, 24 months total protection, is valid only for the last 12 months.

    Burn in, terrible product, worse service

    Burn in, overheating, forced to use account and sign up for Samsung ads for offline video feeds (hdmi and dp) and if you use anything over half brightness it will burn in within a week.

    Both the DP and HDMI 1 connection refused to work with both my gaming PC and my MBP. Tried multiple cables and settings. Took it back and swapped for an LG, which worked fine. There seem to be many others with similar problems with this unit. Probably bad firmware. Too much mixing of TV and monitor in these new Samsung units. Just focus on getting one thing right.

    Totally dead screen just over 60 days into use. Have been on the phone with Samsung support for hours of the span of more than a week. They keep blaming the delay on “backlights for an LCD screen”. They do not even know their own products. This is an oled panel. Would not recommend anyone purchase this “beta” product. Clearly not ready for public sale.

    If i wanted a TV I would buy a TV. The fact that Samsung opted to add media buttons like Netflix, Disney Plus, and etc is just annoying for a monitor. Also the settings button is extremely annoying. There isnt one on the remote either, so good luck staying in monitor mode while trying to tinker with settings.

    Was disappointed to find out that my panel started to glitch when settings were set to 240Hz I ended up returning and getting my money back on this monitor. Samsung needs to really step up with quality control since this was my second time encountering panel issues.

    Bought two of these. First one kept going black randomly and splitting the screen in two while in full screen mode. The second monitor had audio issues. Returned both in the first week for full refund.

    This monitor was missing the remote, so I can't really operate it, but more importantly, it has a cut power cable. A major fire/safety hazard. Can't get the local store at Eastgate to help. Don't buy this one for your safety!

    Super excited to unpack and swap out my older monitor for this product. This monitor replaces a Samsung AG900 Series Odyssey’s Neo 49 LED Curved QHD G-SYNC Gaming monitor which I’ve owned since 2021 which incidentally has worked and performed flawlessly! After initial set up wham! The OLED display is stunning with awesome color definitions!! The color clarity is superb and the amazing refresh rate of 240hz can’t be beat as the response time is 0.03 ms. While your gamer friends are playing on an older platform and slower refresh rate you’ll definitely have the advantage with this product! I really love the ultra wide display as it draws you into the action and embraces you. The product having a speaker is a welcomed edition. So far, I only managed to run a game or two or three, with this monitor and honestly the experience, performance and colors on the monitor were awesome. Microsoft Flight simulator and Abzu coupled with my high performance tower really put this monitor through the paces. I was very pleasantly surprised and highly impressed with the build and operational capabilities of this monitor. This OLED monitor is in my opinion, is the one to own. It provided me with an astounding gaming experience, with my beefed up computer tower pushing extreme game settings. Response times are unparalleled and unmatched and you’ll definitely get your money’s worth with this high-end monitor. By far, since I have been gaming, this monitor blows the competition away. Awesome product this is beautifully manufactured.
