    Love everything about it accept the fact that it also wants to be a TV. I would prefer it just be a monitor without all the extra.

    Samsung does not stand behind their product

    I have been trying to get Samsung to service my monitor for months under warranty. I have intermittent issues with ports not working and a key feature not working as well. I have spent countless hours with samsungs support team. I have opened 5 service tickets which they ignore. The one time I got someone to come out, they brought the wrong part so I had to cancel that service ticket and open a new one rather than just update the concern. Buy anything else. Buy from any other company, because if you have any issues, you will not get a warranty repair from Samsung.

    Breaks right after warranty runs out

    Super excited about this monitor and it was great until it just stopped working one day. Samsung told me there is nothing they could do since its just out of warranty. For a $1000+ monitor this is crazy it cant even last past 1.5 years. If you do decide to buy this get the extended warranty… dont be a chump like me.

      If our Customer Support agent determines that service is required, they will review the flat-rate service fee for your monitor. It would not cover the cost of shipping your monitor to us, but does cover the cost of shipping the monitor back to you. You are responsible for shipping fees to Samsung Customer Service; we recommend using a trackable shipping service like UPS.
