Bought it for $1100 on sale - immediately feels like a major steal because of how beautiful of a screen it is. Tested it out for productivity gaming & television, all look amazing. The size in person is truly stunning. Would not advise for competitive gaming bc screen is too wide to see everything but it looks awesome for casual gaming, viewing content, or productivity.

This monitor is unfortunately not what I expected in a Samsung product. While it does have impressive build quality and a beautiful picture, that’s where the positives end. Because it is a smart display, Samsung placed their TV OS on it and even threw in a remote (which you are required to use). Out of box, it requires a Samsung account and an internet connection for setup. If you don’t have that, you can’t use the monitor. Once setup , you find out that certain features also require a Samsung account and internet connection to be enabled. If you don’t have that, your monitor won’t function fully. If you care to use PIP or PBP, it doesn’t exist. It has been replaced with multiview, which is similar but badly buggy and unreliable. At random, the display will turn bright green, distort, reboot, freeze, or simply refuse to work. And the only way to get it to behave again is to power cycle it by disconnecting and reconnecting the power cable (the power button doesn’t actually turn it off). While they did include cables, it didn’t come with an HDMI cable……. Why? Also, you can’t buy any HDMI cable. Only a high grade 1.2 cable will do, otherwise random distortion will occur (and sometimes certain settings make it worse). And while I could go on and on about all the various issues, such as the monitor forgetting settings, resetting settings, and changing settings to prove how much smarter it was than me, I will let the negatives rest. In absolute honesty, this is a gorgeous display when it works……. “when it works”. But if your looking for a reliable, stable display, look elsewhere.

Great amazing monitor and amazing staff i did unfortunately get a defective one and have too claim it but not their fault!!

I've done weeks of research on whether I should buy this or how this monitor fits my needs and it does. 1) Work related = 100% 2) Games = 100% 3) Movies = 80% (because no movies or shows are 32:9 aspect ratio) 4) overall =100% because I only use this for work and games.

I gotta say this is my first monitor buy and i hope will be the last, nothing bad all but great display, smooth color texture, with mindblowing setting that i cant even imagine that there are so many settings fetures to adjust your comfort on your display, can be sidetracked for a bit when messing with the settings i find it very handy really.

Absolutely amazing. A beast of a monitor. I wish i had 2 more. The picture is exquisite. The colors are vibrate. Everyone walks into my office just in complete awe and jaws dropped and lots of questions about it and comments that they also want to get one.

[Employee of bestbuy] Coming from an ips Asus monitor and I can’t see myself going back. Size is comparable to two 27” monitors side by side but with its slim profile you get the same screen real estate without the bulkiness. Refresh rate and colors are great just had to tune hdr with my preferences. Highly recommend this monitor especially for the Black Friday price

Had a bit of trouble out of the box getting colors dialed in, as well as dealing with some screen flickering. But after updating the software and firmware it seems to have fixed the flickering. Now that it’s been dialed in it’s absolutely beautiful and I love it. But it definitely took some work to get there out of the box.

The picture is great. Super easy to set up. What is not great is the random screen blackouts. Apparently a known issue that needs a software update? TBD...

Good monitor, no complaints. Clear, works well and feels good to use.

Overall decent monitor. Has issue with display ports and has alot of unneeded smart tv features which i thought got in the way. Picture quality was good however some games have to do a strenchy effect to fit the wide screen even if they support wide screens like wow

I love this monitor is a big upgrade from two Samsung 27in monitors and now just one big screen for me to work.

Reviewing this at just under (1) year of owning it. This monitor is gorgeous, and that’s about all it has going for it. I’ve had countless problems with this monitor from day 1, like screen flickering & random color distortion. Not to mention all of the absolutely useless ‘smart’ features that the monitor includes that only serve to gum up the UI and slow down any user navigation. Switching inputs is an actual joke as you have to go to the main menu of monitor and then navigate to inputs and the UI is just slow and choppy at times. And now, at just less than a year of owning the product, the panel glows bright white when turned on, flickers a few times on/off then goes black indefinitely. I’ve seen this issue online for several others after their warranty went out. Thankfully I’m still within the year with the manufacturer, but even then I’ve had such a poor experience with this monitor I just want my money back for something else. I paid $1100 for it on sale and it’s crazy to me how many useless “features” are packed into this monitor just for the baseline experience of how you’d expect a monitor to function, to absolutely suck. I’ve had other Samsung monitors in the past that work just fine because they’re just that. A monitor. Nothing with all of these gimmicks. Again besides being a gorgeous display when it does work, I could not ever recommend this monitor to anyone given my experience and seeing so many others share the same struggles online.

Monitor is great for multitasking I use it everyday, it does have a true 32:9 aspect ratio, if you’re not aware of how NVIDIA works then it does bug out when trying to play games on full screen because most games like monster hunter wilds and pub G aren’t made for 32:9 at most they handle 21:9 so you’re better off playing it in windowed with other stuff

I play flight simulator and this monitor is all I need. Wow I am very happy

One of the best monitors available now. I’ve had a few monitors for my gaming setup and hands down this one is the best ultra wide display I’ve used. The picture is so brilliant and crisp. I love it. Don’t hesitate to buy it. It’s a must if your into gaming and brilliant colors.

I love this monitor. It makes it so much easier to spread out and work on multiple things at once. I use it with my MacBook Pro!

When i first grabbed it during black friday, i was super confused why the settings were wonky and had to spend an hour getting my desk set up. After calibrating my colors and familiarizing myself with the settings and controls, i cant go back to my old setup. High recommend if you gpu can push it.

It’s so wide and long love the display, gave this gift for my bf and he really loved it for his gaming!
