I decided to go and purchase the QN95B 55" TV abd paired it with the Q800B soundbar. Tge device did not come with a remote but with Smart things i thought this would be a minor issue a.d ordered a new remote. Thats not a big deal. HOWEVER I have tried everything to get this device to run through eARC/ARC (2 different 8k 2.1 HDMI cables still problems) connected it through Wi-Fi AND Optical and still have issues. 1st - Volume once paired after 2 minutes drops back to TV speakers no matter how many times I go switch it back to use the soundbar. Whe nit is paired, it immediately jumps to volume level 30 and just has me scrable to turn it down.Ugh. 2nd - having no remote actually makes troubleshooting extremely difficult. If it is offered with no remote, be prepared to order one just for the sake of this which brings me to 3 - After 2 suport calls to Samsung and camera troubleshooting, I noticed that when powered back on, the screen reads, "Show Mode" This was clearly a display model and Best Buy never loaded consumer firmware which wiuld explain all the extra money and time I have put into troubleshooting this device and I was never notified that this was a floor model. Now I have to have Samsung troubleshoot with the remote while knowing that this needs to be loaded with the correct programming in order to interface with my TV. Best Buy - Please do a better job of verifying exquipment you are selling to customers open box at the very minimum able to work when it leaves your store.

If your buying a Samsung TV; this is a must! The Q Symphony technology is EVERYTHING they advertise. This is more than enough surround sound for 99% of people. It fills my whole room with sound when paired with TV.

Very happy with purchase! Setup was easy with a samsung Sb95 tv. The two work very well together. For example, the tv remote can control the sound bar including on/off, and also the volume number (not just +/-) displays on the screen. The q-symphony feature (soundbar+tv speakers) works well. These integrated features are a big advantage over a using a different brand not matched to the tv. The subwoofer wirelessly paired itself automatically, which was nice. The sound is clear and more powerful than we'll ever need, including rumbling bass from the subwoofer. Don't really miss the rear speakers, because there's no room behind our couch anyway. If you have a bigger room I can see how you might want those.

This thing really puts out great sound and is plenty loud enough for almost any application. It goes great paired with my 85” Samsung QN90A tv and is like having a movie theater in my living room. Getting a quality sound bar with a subwoofer is easily the best upgrade you can make to your living room and is great for parties as well when you Bluetooth to your phone for music.

Amazing! Everyone comments on the power of the sub, clarity of the voices, and love how it seamlesslynpairsbwith my Samsung TV. Was devjstated when our $1500 bose gave out and got this because it was less expensive but this was a major upgrade from our previous bose.

This bar allows you to control the volume of every individual channel. You can also add Samsungs rear wireless Dolby atmos speakers to this. The bar will add them to the channel list. It gets extremely loud, but is exceptionally clear. One of the best atmos bars under 800

The Samsung HW-Q800B has a Dolby Atmos and DTS:X functionality. The sound quality really impressive, combine with the wireless subwoofer. I love their sleek in design. Also, it offers HDMI and Bluetooth connections. One of the best soundbar that I ever own.

After many weeks of researching. I purchased this with a Sony TV. I wanted to replace an aging Receiver and wired surround set up. I went with this model as it has what I had read I should look for in a sound bar. It comes with a wireless sub-woofer. Plug and Play is an understatement for this. The easiest i have ever had. Kept checking I hadn't missed something as it was so quick and easy The sound is out of this world. I am constantly running out of my home office to the living room to find out what that noise was, only to find it was a sound effect from a movie my wife is watching. I want to add that the service from Best Buy is amazing. The price went down $150 a week after I bought it. They refunded the amount.

Great sound especially subwoofer. Really improves over tv speakers, but sounds wonderful with tv speakers using Q Symphony. Easy setup and great looking also easy to place in front of my tv.

For the money, it is a good beginner level sound system without breaking the bank. It has plenty of bass and can become very loud depending on the size of the room. Connectivity is a little spotty sometimes but overall works very well, especially if paired with a Samsung TV.

I bought this for my new 75" QLED tv, replacing my 2.1 Samsung sound bar. This has Q-Symphony so it will allow the Soundbar to play and the built-in tV speakers. Makes from great sound. The Subwoofer that comes with this produces deep, no obtrusive bass. Love this. Just one thing to note, when using Roku, there will be sound delay (sync issue). I though the issue was with the soundbar and in trying to troubleshoot, I noticed that if I used the apps on the TV the voice was in sync with the picture.

I got these with these with SWA-9500S/ZA and a QN85 TV. I have to say, how it works with the rear surround speakers and TV is quite excellent! It’s loud but none of any interference or scratchy sound you’d hear when you turn up the volume on other systems. I have a 2 year old Samsung Soundbar and I thought that was excellent, until I got these. I got them as a “package” so if you can, get it that way. I don’t think it’s worth $1K (regular price), but for $650, it’s a deal.

Coming from a Denon receiver and true 5 speaker surround system; I honestly did not expect much. Unfortunately, the space at the new house just does not allow for that much room taken up by receiver and speakers. I was also running into issues with WAF "wife acceptance factor". So, I spent a lot of time researching a small form-factor replacement. Honestly, there is no replacing a multi-speaker setup with a soundbar. Having said that, I am blown away by the magic tricks this Samsung system manages to accomplish with a soundbar and subwoofer. It sounds incredible! Do not hesitate to buy this, the sound quality is top notch, and it manages to achieve a seriously impressive volume level for the component size. Also, the subwoofer is wireless, which really makes placement easy, without unsightly wires everywhere.

I dont out outlets for rear speakers, so this soundbar and the JBL Bar 1000 were my options. This having Atmos and being one bar and a Sub works for our room layout. Music sounds great, the bass thumps, and I can finally hear voices in TV shows and loud action scenes where I could not previously. This soundbar is a big winner, and even more as an Open Box deal around $400 dollars off.
