I was able to find this one open box and it has been great so far. I now do understand why most people recommend having rear satellite speakers. The additional surround what make the experience a lot better.

Very easy to use with remote control, easy to set up with Samsung TV. Make sure that cable HDMI support ARC.

Was ultimately hoping to get the 990B, but there was no availability when I went to purchase. The QSymphony feature was definitely worth it, just wish the SW woild have been a bit easier to setup. Had issues getting the TV+Soundbar option to appear in the Audio Settings. Overall happy with my Open Box purchase.

Best Samsung Soundbar!

Blew me out of the water for sound clarity and bass module that was included. Has so much more features like wifi, bluetooth and HDMI 2.1 pass through versus the Sonos/Bose.

The difference is night and day, I had no idea how much I was missing. I added some sound isolation pads from Amazon to put in between the bar and my entertainment stand. It made the vocals much more clearer.

I went in and purchased the Samsung HW-Q800B. I drove home thinking that it will be great for the amount of $$ i dropped on it. I tried so hard to like it but it just wasn't for me. After a week, i took it back and checked out the Polk Magnifi Max. Despite the salesman trying to steer me away, I just knew from the thumping bass and clear crisp audio that I found what i was looking for. Don't get me wrong, Samsung sounded good for surround sound. AND THAT'S IT!!! The Polk sounds awesome regardless if it's a movie, streaming service, or music via Bluetooth. I actually spent less and I never regretted it. You can also add on the surrounds or buy the same setup with them included.

I replaced my old LG and it was a great choice. This is affordable theater quality sound. I am looking at adding the rear wireless speakers.

Great for watching epic movies like Star wars James Bond and Westerns. Sports and Music Services also have great sounds. Luv it.
