Clear sound and no problems at all. Our Polk sound bar always disconnected which was a pain. Very easy to install.

Setup was very easy. I like that I can control music through my phone on the Spotify App. I have not been able to get the Alexa feature to work yet but I assume they are working on that. Overall a great sound bar.

To set up the Alexa functionality on the HW-Q850T Soundbar, you must do it within the SmartThings app. However, if you are having trouble, follow these steps on your smart phone:
1. First delete the Soundbar from your SmartThings account: At the top left corner of the main page, tap on the 3 horizontal bars > Devices > tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner > Delete > select the Soundbar > Delete
2. Uninstall the SmartThings app from your smart phone
3. Reinstall the SmartThings app from the app store
4. Sign in to your SmartThings account
5. Tap the + button at the top right of the main page > select Device > AV > Samsung > Soundbar
6. After the Soundbar has been added, select the Soundbar from the main page
7. Tap on the 3 vertical dots on the top right corner and tap on “Alexa Settings” to log in to your Amazon account

I love hearing sounds move from one side to the other following the action. Setup was super easy and you can control it using the Samsung SmartThings app! Highly recommended.

I have to say this was the easiest sound system I’ve ever set up! It integrates with the television volume so you only have to use one remote. The sound is fantastic, and I would highly recommend it!

At first certain things sounded great... movies were good, youtube from my phone was ok. Had to figure out how/which connections sounded best and finally had to quality i was looking for for each use. Love it.

Awesome Soundbar - The best!

I connected it to a Samsung QLED Q90 Series. The experience is as if you were at the movie theater. It has the Dolby ATMOS. I love this product. It is worth every penny I payed for it. The model I have pairs with the Q800 TV and I would say it is a must have for a great sound experience. Though is is pricy it is without a doubt worth if you invested in the tv.

A Best buy member convinced me to deselect the one I had previously chosen (a vizio) in favor of this one. He was right. Very easy to setup, and even cheaper than the vizio with much better sound quality.

Exchanged that for the HW-Q850T!! Way better sound and extremely happy with it. Sounds amazing playing my Ps5 with my 82” Samsung ..pay the extra money you won’t regret it

It is easy to setup and the sound provides a true theater experience. Staying at home has the same quality as going to a commercial theater.

This one is 50/50 which is super annoying. Also it randomly cuts out, I thought it was a steaming issue, however it’s the sound bar. Also annoying. The letters through the mesh are very blurry, so not sure which mode I’m in half the time. Great sound overall.
