Samsung Soundbar, No Sound

Samsung on the help line for an hour could not help. Contacted Best Buy and was told that there is a "known issue" with the wireless rear speakers not connecting to the soundbar. Returned the product to the store for a refund and purchased another brand. Had to give-up on having rear speakers though. Very disappointed and would not recommend Samsung.

As a result, guns don't feel like guns, explosions are weak. Nothing roars (king kong? Nope) and the subtle rumble of the bass seems to be out of sync with anything after many attempts to fix any potential problems. Vizio for half the price had a better 5.1, And the 2 atmos speakers? That shoot up to your roof and bounce down? A bad joke.

There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.
Please also ensure your firmware is updated to the latest version (ver. 1019.5 released 4/6/2021). You can update your firmware by Auto Update, using the SmartThings app, or by using a USB device.
