Not user friendly and I always feel like the remote doesn’t communicate with the soundbar. Once I finally get it to work, it sounds amazing.

You can feel the vibrations of the base when the volume is high. Great for movies with high action sounds.

Awesome soundbar

This is by far the best soundbar I have used. The sound is amazing and makes watching movies so much better!

The bass on the other subwoofers were very lacking, however this one seems to be quite adequate.

I have used it to stream music from my iPhone via Bluetooth, and to also boost TV sound. It pairs nicely with the Samsung Q60 TV. My only complaint is with the remote control. Otherwise, an overall nice sound bar system.

Also got the rear speakers and it's a done deal. Full dynamic audio from every angle. Very pleased with this purchase.

The sound quality is incredible and fills the whole room. Couldn’t recommend enough.

Great product, doesn't work with alexa

It doesn't work with Alexa because it doesn't work with smart things, Samsung's native app. Apparently, it's too hard to support this model but they fully support the next two models up.

Great Product Overall but...

The person we had from Magnolia Homes was very helpful and informative, and really took the time to inform us on each system and their differences. Our only qualm was there there was not enough operational products for us to test out with the sound quality and depth as most of their equipment were not properly connected. So that was a major disappointment. When questioned, the staff said it’s been out for a while which begged the other question of why it hasn’t been fixed for so long. But overall, good product. The sub woofer works phenomenally. So well, it’s loud enough to disrupt our neighbor even at such a low setting lol.

Good System but...

I would go a high end 3.1 system and save yourself some money for not much less of quality sound when watching TV and movies.
