It couldn't have been any easier if they came to do it for me. I still feel like the volume is low and most of the time I have to turn to at least a 45 on the volume control. But still a good Bang for your buck

Thank you for purchasing this Samsung Soundbar. I am glad to see that you are happy with sound quality.
Please know it has come to our attention that customers may be positioning the soundbar incorrectly, resulting in poor sound quality and/or low volume. The soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos) If the soundbar is placed with the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor (facing you when you sit), you will experience muffled or low quality sound.
You can also use the SOUND CONTROL button on the remote to control the volume of the treble or bass sound. Select TREBLE or BASS in Sound Settings, and then adjust the volume between -6~+6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
The WOOFER button on the remote further enables you to adjust the volume of the subwoofer to -12 or between -6 to +6

Have not yet purchased the rear speakers to make this a true 5.1 system but system does a good job of simulating 5.1 sound action.

The audio quality for movies is exactly what I was looking for. I would warn that those looking for deep bass should look elsewhere, but for those wanting to get the clean, crisp dialogue or lyrics could not do better. I use it for both movies and music. I could not be happier! Plus, it fits perfectly under my TV. Its style and color makes it invisible when watching.

We already owned a Samsung sound bar but thought the Harmon Kardon would be exquisite. While it was not exquisite, it was good and we have been happy with our purchase.

One thing I’m not sure why is? When I have on Wireless Bluetooth it sounds better then when hooked up to optical? Otherwise great sound bar.

Slightly confusing to start using right away and set up, but great once it is set up ready to go.
