This is a great beginner sound bar! Easy to set up and sounds great. I highly recommend that toy get the rear speakers that pair with them.

Great surround sound. I had the zvox soundbase but it blew in a week returned it for this. Haven't had a problem had it for a month.

I like the sound from this system. I am not a sound expert so you will need to test it yourself but it does what it says and I am pleased.

Plugged it in and it connected immediately! I love using this for music. For movies, it seems a little quiet, but that is probably just a setting I need to change somewhere.

Going from 100 watts per channel 7.1 surround to this soundbar made the soundbar seem a little weak. I got it to de-clutter a little bit and to upgrade my outdated system. I paired it with a 75" Samsung TV and chose this model to match up all the possible features by having the same brand, and because it works with Alexa. I immediately added the optional wireless rear speakers, which helped a lot. If you choose this system, go ahead and get the rear speakers too. No problems with it yet. Easy to set up. Sound is okay for the money.

Nice speaker and quality of sound and not compare with chip companies and nice woofer performance.

Good sound quality. Voice projects clear and sounds bounce off wall to give that full surround sound effect. Bass is not as strong/powerful as I would like from a sound system.

I don't know if I will go to the movies again, The soundbar and subwoofer is the greatest. Wireless is the way to go!!

I have a top-of-the-line Samsung Plasma TV from 2011 that I've been using with an old Bose 5.1 surround system. The surround system failed last fall (it was 20 years old) and we began using the TV sound. It was not acceptable so we added this soundbar. The soundbar is a tremendous improvement over the TV sound, dialogue is much easier to understand and the bass is considerable, but it is not a substitute for true surround sound. There is a little left to right sound imaging but not enough to notice. I will probably go back to surround sound in the future but for now this product provides excellent TV sound.

This is a great sound bar, works really well with Samsung tv. Easy to setup and connect to the tv. Great sound and thumping bass.

We gave it a trial for 7 weeks and just could not fall in love with this (normally $499) soundbar/subwoofer combo. The good: Setup was super easy. The subwoofer and soundbar talked to each other with a push of a button. Connection to our TV was a snap too. The TV remote controlled the soundbar volume effortlessly. The bad: Sound (dialog) was muddy at best. I messed with the simple treble & bass controls, subwoofer levels, and surround modes, and nothing sounded great. "Standard" was about the best for dialog, but then it lacked any cool (simulated) surround effects for movies or even action scenes in TV shows. If you switched to those modes, the dialog would be lost in the mix. Some of this has to do with room acoustics (something I know quite a bit about), but with soundbars designed for un-treated living rooms, there should be more control over dialog. Heck, the 65" 4K TCL TV that it was connected to had more audio options than this sound bar, and it cost less money than this did. In the end, I ended up returning it last night. I really wanted to like it, but it just lacks the clarity that I was looking for, then again, I have a fully acoustically treated home theater room with over $10,000 in speakers that have been measured and tweaked for performance, so I am used to top notch audio performance and my expectations for a sound bar for the living room may be too high. Side note, this was to replace a 15 year old $200 Sony HTIB, but it sounded better.

I love it. Had some difficulty understanding how to change the input settings at first but now it’s pretty easy. Great sound. Wish it came with maybe another subwoofer

I love the design of it. This soundbar's sound quality is amazing. The controls are easy to navigate and responsive.

My wife looked at plenty of soundbar systems as a gift for our son and daughter-in-laws home. When I talked to Best Buy associate he was sure this system would be a great gift. Associate purchased this same system for himself just weeks ago. He thought the quality was great and it was on sale for the holidays. When our son installed sound system our daughter-in-law called us and invited us over for dinner. They were so happy, it sounded like you were sitting at the movies. Best Buy Best Price. Thank you
