Great but could be better

Got the 2 speakers to sync up with this sound bar and quantity sound. Only thing I don't like is how low the voices out and whenever I make it louder to hear what the movies is saying it's good but then becomes too loud when an action scene or music starts to play. Not sure if it's my settings but just think it's the sound bar.
