Sounds great and it was easy to install and connects quickly across devices. The length of the sound bar is a bit too much I feel.

It is difficult to use. The volume button does not register every time you hit it. So therefore you waste time pressing the button.

The sound is great because they are out front. the tv speakers were on the back and we couldn't hear them very clearly. Like how you can control very easily with remote.

But wouldn’t pay what it costs on sale normally- would buy Klipsch. Sound is pretty good but bass isn’t as powerful as it sounded in store.

Thank you for your review of this Samsung HW-Q60R Soundbar. I am very sorry that you are not completely happy with the bass performance.
There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

True plug and play. One downfall, the sub is not as loud as I’d prefer but that makes my wife happy so...

I know this is NOT a glowing review. However it is an honest review. On the plus side...It looks great!

I got the rear speakers to go with the sound bar and I don't think I've turned it up past 40 percent volume. It's loud at 20 percent.

I've seen reviews about the bass not being strong enough but honestly, Great bass costs money. So for the price its great.

Not totally intuitive to work and would be nice to be able to work this with out having another remote. Since both are Samsung it would be nice if the remotes were interchangeable.

Very good bass and smooth and clear sound. You actually don't even need the rear speakers as the soundbar's surround system does the work for you.
