I am very glad to see you are happy with audio performance.
There is a display at the upper left of the soundbar that shows the product’s status and current mode.
Please refer to Page 3 of your User Manual: http://downloadcenter.samsung.com/content/UM/201905/20190502131706388/HW-Q60R_ZC_FullManual_01_ENG_FRA_190227.pdf
If you do not see the display, you probably have your soundbar incorrectly positioned, which will result in muffled sound quality and the display being covered. The soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling so that you can see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on Samsung.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor (facing you when you sit), you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers. The remote control may also not work as the sensor will be covered.
