Could not get enough base

There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button down.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

Good entry level but not great

Thank you for purchasing the HW-Q60R sound system featuring audio-enhancing technologies like Acoustic Beam for directional sound, Adaptive Sound mode to optimize content, and wireless subwoofer for deep bass.
To optimize your audio experience, please try the various sound modes this model offers. Press the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then select your desired sound effect: STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME, or SMART.

Nothing like it sounded like in the store

SoundBar Adventure

The enhanced speech feature, which is specifically want I was looking for, does not work with the aux/headphone input.

Doesn’t work can’t get it off TV volume

I am very sorry to see that you are not happy with the performance of this soundbar system. Our 2019 HW-Q60R Samsung Harman Kardon Soundbar with Samsung Acoustic Beam technology was designed to deliver rich, panoramic sound. A center channel is further dedicated to ensuring dialogue is always clear-sounding. Adaptive Sound mode additionally optimizes sound by analyzing your content and producing the best audio output.
Please know that it has come to our attention that customers may be positioning the soundbar incorrectly, resulting in very poor sound quality. The soundbar should be placed with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling. If you position the soundbar with the logo facing up, you will see the display/status panel and the speakers will be facing outward. (Refer to product photos on Samsung.com and zoom in on the photos) If you have incorrectly placed the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor (facing you when you sit), you will experience muffled or low quality sound because the unit will be resting on the speakers.
If incorrect positioning is not your situation, please try the various sound modes offered by the HW-Q60R.
Press the SOUND MODE button on the remote, then select the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, or ADAPTIVE SOUND.
The SOUND CONTROL (looks like a gear) button on the remote lets you control the volume of the treble or bass sound.
If you press and hold the SOUND CONTROL button for ~5 seconds, you can further adjust frequency bands.
There is also a WOOFER button on the remote that lets you customize bass between -6 to +6 volume.

Subwoofer is very weak

The subwoofer is responsible for low frequency sounds, like the rumbles of an explosion in an action movie or the bass guitar and drum in your favorite music. It adds rich bass tones and deepens the sound quality you hear, but since the subwoofer only plays low tones, it will be silent when low frequency sounds are not in use.

No display, cant connect to subwoofer, POS

Thank you for your review of the HW-Q60R Soundbar with Subwoofer. Your soundbar and subwoofer should connect automatically when they are turned on, but you can also connect manually just as easily.
For automatic connection: When both soundbar and subwoofer are both plugged in, they should begin to connect automatically. When the subwoofer is completely connected, the blue LED LINK indicator on the subwoofer stops blinking and glows continuously. If the blue LED does not stop blinking, the process has failed.
For manual connection: After both soundbar and subwoofer are plugged in to a wall outlet, use a small pointed object to press the ID SET button on the back of the subwoofer. Continue holding until STANDBY turns of and LINK (blue LED) blinks quickly. While the soundbar is turned off, press and hold MUTE on the remote. Continue holding until ID SET appears on the soundbar display. To finalize the connection, turn on the soundbar while the subwoofer’s blue LED blinks. When the two are connected, the blue LED should stop blinking and glow continuously.

Horrible

I have adjust everything this side of Sunday and it still sounds muffled. I can't return it I guess I'm gonna have to live with it, too late to return it.

I am very sorry to see that sound quality is muffled.
It is hard to troubleshoot your issue from this review, but it appears that you may have positioned the soundbar incorrectly.
Please check that your soundbar is positioned with the SAMSUNG logo facing up towards the ceiling.
We have found that some customers are incorrectly positioning the soundbar with the SAMSUNG logo perpendicular to the floor (facing you when you sit), resulting in muffled sound quality. Refer to product photos on Samsung.com or BestBuy.com and zoom in on the photos.

Surround sound doesn't come threw on Remote at all

We even got a warranty on this and can't even get anyone to come out and see what's wrong. So all this Money and No Surround sound :(
