    Sound quality has been great, very sleek and when I turn this up with the subwoofer I get texts from my neighbor lol.

    I ordered this on Cyber Monday, new I thought, and I received it a few days later. When unpacking it I noticed that the bag with the brackets, wires, etc. was already opened. I then pulled out the remote and noticed that the batteries were already in the remote with the protective strip removed. Lastly, there was no instruction manual installation. My guess is that I received a returned soundbar. Once all hooked up I really like this unit.

    Poor quality sound

    This sound bar was purchased to replace my 2013 model HW-F550/ZA (which as far as I am concerned, blows all of these sound bars away). I purchased this soundbar, but immediately returned it. In store, I had to set the volume to about 50% for a reasonable sound level experience. I thought that was due to being in the store (such a large space). But, when I got home, I had to turn the sound up to 100% and even at that point, we were talking over the volume of the soundbar during an action scene. This soundbar is tinny, no base at all and really not good. I returned this and purchased the more expensive HW-Q7CR. The new soundbar is ok, but some TV content sound better than others. A movie sounds great for example, but other TV content sounds like a louder version of the TV's internal speakers. I also ordered the surround sound rear speakers and I'm hoping that improves the experience. Note: The blue tooth functionality of my new Samsung TV did not work with my old Soundbar (2013 Samsung HW-F550/ZA 2.1 channel 340 watt soundbar). It took me a while to figure out that the old soundbar would still work via HDMI. But, by then I had already purchased a new soundbar. So, in the end, the old soundbar is going into the basement. The old F550 soundbar sounds superior to any of these new soundbars - and I have played around with all of the equalizer setting, etc. The new product does not compare to the older model I have. Also, this thing is like a large piece of furniture. It's too big to be mounting it on a wall and it takes up way too much counter space. In the end, I don't recommend this product, unless you have no alternative.

    Stopped working.

    We bought it and it was great, then stopped working. Won't turn on even though we tried all the trouble-shooting suggestions.

    Sound volume is all over the place!

    When the sound is cooperating, it sounds pretty great. BUT, the volume jumps from very loud to extremely quiet randomly! Both the soundbar and the sub do this without anyone touching the remote. And this happens very often, I'd say at least 5 times in a 30 minute show. I've tried, taking the batteries out of the remote, trying all different sound modes, and power cycling the speakers. Nothing has worked! Its so bad that we just use the built in TV speakers for now. I plan on returning this in a couple days. Very unfortunate.

    Blue Tooth poor

    Bluetooth keeps disconnecting from our Samsung TV and has to be reset. We finally quit using it.

    Awful Soundbar

    This was an awful soundbar. It was placed properly and connected to my Samsung tv fine. Subwoofer was fine. Audio from the soundbar was horrible. My tv sounded better without it. I kept it for a few days to see if it'd somehow get better or grow on me but ended up returning it for a sony soundbar that is a million times better.
