It has made a positive difference on the sound. The purchasing experience, ordering online and going to pick up at the store was a new concept due to virus explosion, and that in itself was a positive experience. No more waiting in line in the store or searching for a knowledgable sales staff to answer a tech question. Keep up the good work.

I use the optical audio so can't speak to the HDMI input. I have tried all of the audio output modes and the only issue that I notice is that voice is sometimes harder to decipher when there is loud music or sound effects in the program playing; there really isn't a mode to significantly address that issue. I was disappointed that Q-Symphony doesn't work with my 2020 Samsung TV model.

It is connected to a TV that we mostly play music videos in my husbands garage-man-cave. He has the volume up loud enough to be able to hear it around the house without any other speakers and the sound is excellent! Thank goodness my neighbors haven't complained about his choice of music!

Great upgrade for tv

I like the bluetooth connectivity for playing music from my phone. I'm a little disappointed in the volume during movies. No matter what setting I try, I cant seem to get it to play as loud as when playing music. Our washer/dryer is off the living room and it's difficult to hear movie dialog when running laundry. For all other times, I find the volume sufficient.

Sounds Good but not great

Setup was easy, sounds good, and is very stylish. The cons are mainly that there is definitely connectivity issues. You have to use the dedicated remote in my case and there is no way to switch modes without using the remote or going into the unit. The biggest con for me is using the HDMI pass-through. It did not support all the features (HDR) when connected.

My area is to big for this q60 but I love the sound
