Setting up the sound bar to interface with the TV using the instructions provided was very helpful. For some reason my old sound bar just stopped working. I was able to purchase this one on sale. I also purchased a warranty which I did not have on the old one. The staff was knowledgable and helpful.

Great investment

The sound is great, easy to install and easy to use. He even bought the extra speaker set. Now, if he turns it up too loud, I can't hear myself think at only 50% volume.

Wireless subwoofer connected itself. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is that I've had to replaced a previous Samsung 5.1 w/Bluray TWICE. Runs about 2 years and dies. So I'm sick of spending money on Samsung, but that's what my TV is and I like having one remote.

It works seamlessly with my Samsung TV and sounds even better than I expected. I paired it with the S8500 surround speakers for a nice 5.1 experience. I wasn't sure if I would be disappointed as I had a 12" powered sub hooked up to my old sound bar but the bass on this one sounds great.

However I feel the sound is rich and crisp, subwoofer rumbles if you have it on the right setting for what you are watching or playing. Also the position of the sound at and subwoofer based on your layout makes a huge difference

Only issue ive had,(may be tv or soundbar) is that every now and then when turning on i get no sound only solution is to turn both items off and back on
