It will not replace a true home theater system in my opinion, but the ease of use nearly makes up for the just ok sound. With that being said, it works beautifully with our Samsung tv and was comically easy to set up. I give it a B for better than the old home theater in a box set ups.

Thank you for sharing your review of the Samsung HW-Q60T Soundbar. I am sorry to see that you are not completely happy with the sound performance. This soundbar features a powerful wireless subwoofer, as well as Game Pro Mode, Dolby Digital Plus, and DTS Digital Surround for deep bass, rich sound, and clear tones.
You can try optimizing audio performance for your specific content by pressing the SOUND MODE button on your remote, and then selecting the desired sound effect by choosing STANDARD, SURROUND SOUND, GAME PRO, ADAPTIVE SOUND, or DTS VIRTUAL:X.
You can further adjust TREBLE and BASS via the SOUND CONTROL button (looks like a gear symbol).
'There are two adjustments that can be made to maximize bass from the soundbar and subwoofer:
1) Using the WOOFER button on the remote, you can adjust the volume of the subwoofer between -6 to +6 by toggling the button up or down. To set the subwoofer volume level to 0, press the button in.
2) Adjust the bass control by pressing the SOUND CONTROL button (gear icon) on the remote control, then select BASS to increase the level. You can adjust the volume between -6 to +6 by using the Up/Down buttons.
For precise audio adjustments, you can use the 7-band frequency equalizer to optimize the sound for your room acoustics.

One features does not work.

I have looked online and I am not alone so this is more of a manufactured fault. Other than this flaw the sound bar is by far good not great. In order to get the best sound is by HDMI or called eArc. I bought this to have it wireless even though Bluetooth connection works good.

Thank you for purchasing the Samsung HW-Q60T Soundbar System. I am sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues using Q-Symphony which allows the Soundbar to sync with a Samsung TV to bring your sound through two devices for optimum surround effect.
Q-Symphony is only available when you connect the soundbar to the TV using an HDMI cable or an optical cable. You will also need to change the source on your soundbar to D.IN. To do this, press Source on the soundbar’s remote until “D.IN” appears.
Once the soundbar has been connected and D.IN is set, “TV+Soundbar” will appear under the Sound Output menu of the TV. Select the corresponding option. Now Q-Symphony will activate, and you’ll hear amazing surround sound.
